this is the second time I have ordered from Kohls in the last month.... I should have learned my lesson the first time.. NEVER order from Kohls. they do not ship when they say they will and your package is always left in limbo for at least a week before they decide to ship it

Order a air fryer on the black Friday sale it said it was placed I waited for the item to come my checking account said it was pending I got an email 5 days later saying it was canceled because it was no longer available I went on there website and I can pickup in my store the same thing for $60 more false advertising and the customer service is a joke

I made an online purchase for a snack tray. I made an error when inputting my credit card information. When, I corrected the information I accidentally ordered an additional tray. One is being shipped to the store the other to my home. I immediately called the customer service number and was advised there is no way this order can be corrected or change. This is the last time I will ever shop at Kohl's!!!!

I love Kohl's, but... I ordered 3 gaming chairs for my kid's for Christmas the other day. They arrived on my front porch today in their own boxes- pictures and all! My kids got off the bus and surprise! Christmas surprise ruined! Come on, Kohl's!!! At holiday time everything should be in a brown box!!

Terrible bussiness. I placed an order on Friday 11/29/19. The order was only partially filled. They cancelled one of the items b/c it was not in stock but did not notify me. They then proceed to tell me today 12/4 that they can not honor that price since it was last week (when I placed the order). They didn't place it on back order, they just cancelled without any notification. I then had to spend 1 1/2 hrs on the phone to tell me they didn't really care, they coulnd't honor the price and they didn't know why I wasn't notified! Crappy

I have been using Kohl's credit card for over 20 years. I have always paid my bill. I switched to paperless billing in October. I did not get my November bill. I did not pay my $160 bill. I was charged $27.00 for a late fee. I immediately paid the bill in full. When I asked to have the late fee taken off they said they could not do it. I paid it and too bad. I am no longer a Kohls customer. I canceled my credit card. I heard a few months ago that Kohls is really hurting. I decided then that I would do most of my Christmas shopping there. Well not anymore!
