I will be 55 yrs old 2 weeks after Christmas and am disabled, I have saved up to buy myself a pair of winter boots which I havent had since I was a child. The boots I ordered were fantastic but ran very very large the price of the boots was $46.11 on sale plus $8.95 shipping. I could not wear these and had to return them for a "refund". Not only did I pay $8.95 for shipping that will not be refunded but it cost me $11.06 to send them back through my local post office. I now have NO winter boots even after getting over a foot of snow but I am also out $20.55 in shipping costs!!!! How is it I have no boots to wear and lost $20.55?! I will never ever shop from this store ever again. I will be telling everyone I know about this store that makes money off of their "customers", they have one less now and they can keep their rewards and Kohls cash!!!! Update: after calling customer service twice and getting no one that can speak understandable English and online chat it is now Dec. Dec 22 and still no refund!!! I will NEVER do business with this horrid company again. If my refund isnt received by Jan 1st am turning them into the BBB!!!

Placed a order with great difficulty in not getting that days deals and free shipping. Agreed to store pickup with online promise of $5 kohl’s cash at store pickup. At pickup told it could take 24 hours to receive in email. Never received. Called twice to talk to foreigners I could not understand. I am not happy that kohl’s employs foreign workers who cannot speak clearly. I did not get the kohl’s $5 off sent to my email as I was promised and requested.

Please take note that coupons for kohl’s cannot be used toward any toy purchase anymore. I was not aware of this and not only did the cashier unwillingly explain why coupons could not be used she also took my kohl’s Anniversary Gift of $13 kohl’s and just stuck it in her drawer and did not apply it. When I asked for it back she stated it was one time use only. Well obviously she didn’t scan it and still said I couldn’t reuse it. During the holiday shopping hustle and bustle I know it can be overwhelming for employees, but please know I will not return due to this experience.

Put my order in on cyber Monday and have been waiting for atleast a tracking number. What I got today was a email that the item was out of stock 🤬 why wait a week to say that I could’ve ordered somewhere else or show out of stock on their site . Worst company to shop online

I'm very disappointed with Kohl's credit card service, I recently applied for a Kohl's credit card and was declined. My credit score is 823 and I just recently refinanced my house for a lower interest rate 3.75. There reason was my debt ratio was to high. I have made all my payments on time paid off credit cards. Really!! I'm so disappointed with them. Well they lost a customer and I will post this on social media very bad service. Not happy.

Called because someone was hacking into my account and using my kohl’s cash. The operator told me there was in fact someone else using my account but that there was nothing he could do. Didn’t even direct me in the right place. I loved kohl’s for the kohl’s cash but if it never even works what’s the point. Just gonna pay my card off and never step foot in a Kohl’s again 👋🏼

I have never received my package and at costumer service number they gave me to call, I couldn’t get any information. All they did was to tell me call ups and ups claims that it is delivered. Couldn’t claim a file at ups since they say it is sent by ups sure post which doesn’t have claim options. I couldn’t get to any responsible person to talk about the problem. Very bad costumer service!!!!

Nov. 15th I ordered a pair of size 6 boots. I received an email that my order would arrive in a few days. Today is Dec. 9th so I finally called Kohls. The man was nice BUT very hard to understand. He said they were out of stock and the shipping label had never been issued! During the wait for my boots, I missed the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales as well as two local stores that had my size (then) on sale. Now I can't find boots and the best Kohls has to offer is to refund my money, and free shopping on my next online order (not going to happen). When I stressed to the man that I would not benefit from the free shipping because I would not order online from Kohls again, he said I would also get $30 off of my next online order.... I DO NOT WANT TO ORDER FROM KOHLS AGAIN, what part didn't he understand. I will only buy at Kohls if I am in the store, holding my item, and holding a 30% off coupon. Otherwise, I won't even bother stopping at Kohls.
