Annoyed with Kohl's. First they sell me a cyber monday deal, I use my BF Kohl's cash, and then they canceled my order without explanation. Luckily I notice before my Kohl's cash expired. So I just ordered some make up. We live far away, so I ask my husband to pick it up when he is in the area. He has the receipt and the card used to buy, which has his name on it. They won't let him have it because he don't have his ID. They say I have to pick it up personally because the Kohl's account is in my name? What? The payment card is in his name? He picks up hundreds of dollars of groceries at Walmart with nothing but my name and a signiture, and he can't get $20 of makeup with a receipt and the card? Stupid policy. They are more concerned with a very unlikely thieft than convience for their customer. Newsflash Kohl's, if someone wants to steal from you, they are going to just throw some makeup in their big purse, wear a hat, and walk out. They are not going to hake my email, steal my credit card, go in front of the cameras, and risk jail time to steal a low cost item. Now I have to drive an hour to pick it up :( Learn from Amazon, they took over the world by making shopping convient to the customer.

My husband and I ordered a hot wheels roller coaster online which was shipped to my house damaged. I took three photos of all the damage and called customer service asking if they would like the proof, they told me it was ok and not to worry. Let’s mention I never even opened the boxes. I called customer service and they told me they would send a replacement and to donate the damaged item. I received confirmation back stating my replacement order was done and they would send an update when shipped. I donated the roller coaster as told. I didn’t receive my tracking info, now 3 days later when I went to track my replacement order it said my order was CANCELLED. Are you kidding me?! Cancelled my replacement order and never contacted me by email OR phone to let us know my son would not be receiving his Christmas gift. This company is a joke! When I called customer service asking why my order was cancelled they said it was because my replacement order was “flagged”. Flagged for what?! Now the item is no longer available and they are questioning if I have the item and are asking me to return the item back. I DONATED TO LESS FORTUNATE BECAUSE YOU TOLD ME TO DONATE IT. Thinking I did something great to make other kids so happy who don’t get Christmas gifts and now I am screwed. They created a case and I am now waiting to even see if I can get my money back. I work hard for my money and it was the one gift I got my son with that hard earned money. Now I have nothing for my son less than two weeks away for Christmas and $300 in charges on my Credit card for that item. This is all I can afford! This is absolutely crazy!

I opened a Kohls.com account recently. I had problems with opening the account, so I called their customer service line. The customer service dept is located in Columbia, South America. They took all of my information from me, including my address and got the account open. I proceeded to shop and spend well over two hundred fifty dollars. The 2 orders were shipped in three seperate packages, to the wrong address. It took me two tries to get a Customer Service rep. who could understand English and take my information and give me a reference number for my case. The local Post office is trying it's best to get my shipment back from the address it was delivered to but thus far, the residents have ignored the request. Since the order was all Christmas presents for my kids. I decided to call Kohls and see what I could do to replace my order. They could only replace 2/3rds of the order. Some items were not available to be sent to my address. I was given ten dollars off in Kohls cash and free shipping. Otherwise I paid full price to replace the Christmas givts for my kids. I'm writing this review only t let other people know how much Kohls values it's customers. I am not a fan of online shopping but since I'm legally blind and can not drive a car. I thought it was easier this way. In conclussion. I will no longer shop at Kohls in any way, shape, or form, an can not recomend them at all.

Well, I’ve been shopping at kohl’s for over a decade. And today was the disappointing breaking point. I ordered my Christmas presents from kohl’s, they were shipping to the wrong address when I tried to have it corrected before the lady even tried I was told I’m wasting my time. Thanks kohl’s for the willingness to help as well as all the Christmas presents.... oh wait that’s right. I don’t have any.

I went to kohl in Orange, CT To buy a Fitbit watch for my wife. The watches are in a closed behind glass case. I waited 25 minutes for help that never came. No employees except at the cashiers, so I left the store and brought the exact same watch at Best Buy within 10 minutes of being in the store for the same excact price. A struggling company should improve somewhere, how about Good Customer service matters for repeat service ,hire more employees. I read about the horror stories going at their stores, thank goodness I was not another victim to due to poor management, I seems they care only about Black Friday sales. Hire good qualified management people from a credited program, that's always a good start.Corporate greed is not a good thing ever.if another store has the same or lower price take it, its all about customer service if they don't want the sale someone else does want it.

I just dumped my Kohl's charge account. I've had the account at least two years. I'd set up automatic payments for convenience. It has been anything but convenient! Every single time I've paid my account down to $0.00, and gone shopping several months later, I've had to reset my bank account and/or payment date. I don't realize my auto-pay didn't get taken until I start receiving calls from the account bill collectors. This is BS. I didn't think much about it the first time it happened...there are system glitches once in awhile, but this has happened numerous times. Hmm....just another way for Kohl's to get more money out of us? Yes, I was advised I'd not be able to activate future Kohl's charge accounts. That's fine...I rather doubt I'll ever shop there again!!

TERRIBLE . i have a kohls credit card account , they never sent me the bill . I found a month later that I owed them $ 20.00 I immediately paid the bill , they had reported me delinquint to the credit agencies , my credit score droppped by 50 points and they ruined my credit for $ 20.00 and a bill i never got . they refused to rescind the reporting TERRIBLE , TERRIBLE , TERRIBLE , THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES

Kohls has the worst online service ever and ruins christmas. Thanks. You order stuff and says tracking in service. Then days later you get an email saying not available. Than why have it be there?Then they compensate you nothing for the inconvenience. Last time i use this khols garbage
