They have a great selection of items, but you have to play the sale pricing game. I attempted to order something online twice; the first order was cancelled for being out of stock, second all my items were received damaged because they shipped in a bag instead of a box.

I have always thought of Kohl's as a 4 Star establishment, until yesterday. Here's the experience that blew my mind: I bring to the POS two packages of 3 Under Armour socks, $20 each package. When the tab came up $43.00, I said something's wrong it's buy one get, get one 1/2 off". She called someone in the back and they said, "no, that only on Adidas". I had her cancel the sale and took the socks to the back to confirm my sale price. I took a photo of the sign and returned to cashier and showed her the sale price. She refused to believe me, not even looking at the photo, which was unsettling.(I'll shorten thing here) I insisted she call the manager to the POS. When the manager got there, the manager was upset with ME, saying I was being rude. The manager did not believe the sale price and said "I'm going to 'give' you that price although I don't have to", I said "I don't want you to "give" me anything, I want the price I deserve. This is certainly not the Kohl's I'm use to" at which she said, "Well our customers aren't the same as they use to be either." I ask "what do you mean by that", she replied, "you are being very rude, now do you want the discount or not?" I was perturbed but never raised my voice and was very careful not to cuss or accuse the cashier of being incompetent. The Manager was most definitely INCOMPETENT. Collierville TN Kohl's I ask but was not given my senior discount.

I agree with other reviewers that Kohl's has bad customer service regarding returns. Example: you purchase four items at $100 and 1 one of the items is a $25 men's button down shirt. You received $10 in kohls bucks with an expiration date due to the $100 purchase, so you use it by purchasing $40 more in stuff. Now a month has passed and the $25 Christmas present shirt did not fit so you want to return/exchange it. The store will reduce your refund amount by the $10 so you will only get $15 for that $25 shirt, even though it wasn't purchased with kohl's bucks and you spent more to use the time limited kohl's bucks on other items. You could exchange it for the same amount of your purchase but chances are very slim they'll have the same item, like in my case where the only shirts from that brand were short sleeve or Hawaiian shirts, not the same as business attire. They should only reduce your refund if you are returning an item purchased with kohl's bucks.

I purchased online iRobot Roomba 960 on 11/17 and was supposed to deliver on 11/22. The item was lost in shipping. I contacted Kohl's customer support they didn’t even understood the problem. I used to get same reply till 12/03 daily saying "Good news YOU WILL RECEIVE IT TODAY" without even understanding issue, I requested to talk to manager, their managers as well had same reply. After long time they said we will open ticket with shipper nit they s didn’t even open ticket with UPS, I opened ticket with UPS. When UPS contacted Kohl’s no one from Kohl’s responded to UPS. I was totally frustrated and thought to contact Kohl’s Corporate team on Twitter and Facebook on 12/03, they understood the issue and shipped different shipment.

Now I know why I don't shop here! Over the Christmas season I thought I'd give them a try and enjoy the Kohl's cash offered. HAHA! I had NO IDEA that if I had to make a return they'd take the FULL $15 Kohl's cash off ONE ITEM. I'm so livid and feel mislead. I think they should at least Pro-rate the amount across the number of items or purchased or even offer IN STORE credit. I returned $25 worth of stuff and got a $6 refund b/c of the $15 Kohl's cash. I should return EVERYTHING I bought if they're going to take it all away if even 1 item was returned! NEVER EVER EVER will I shop here again. I'll also let everyone else know about their shady "Kohl's cash" B.S.

Its New Years Day 2020 Kohls is running promo ads for today only but no way to get thru to them either online or phone call. So how am I suppose to redeem my "todayonly" promo coupon? I couldn't even register online. I made sure all info was correct but I couldn't get the "continue" to highlight to finish my registration. I am stuck! I even tried calling the nearest store closest to me which is 21 miles away to see if they were open and I get a dialog box on my phone saying the number is not taking voice calls. Really? so why was this offer out there if they were going to be closed on New Years and not tell anyone? Unbelievable! terrible customer service!

They advertise super low prices on sale items. Then you order it because it seems like a great deal. Two days later you get an email saying that the order did not process because the item is no longer in stock. Well, how was it in stock when i ordered it but magically all of a sudden not in stock a couple days later? Hey Kohl's, stop putting ridiculous prices on stuff just to get people to order other stuff along with the order. It's basically clickbait tactics now being used to lure shoppers. This is disgusting. I can't wait to one day hopefully see this chain out of business!
