Their online payment system totally sucks! It doesn’t show payments already scheduled and there’s been several times I’ve made double payments only having to wait several months for my refund. My balance was 0 after the first payment that didn’t show up.

Very frustrated with customer service. I placed an order online and it had my old address listed which I didn't notice right away. I haven't lived there in over 3 years. When I called customer service to change it they told me there was nothing they can do and that I need to go to the old address to pick up the package when it ships out. When asked to speak to a supervisor she also said there was nothing they could do and that I can contact the shipper to have the address changed when it gets ships out. This is ridiculous. The order hasn't even shipped out, and yet customer service can't even go into the system to update the address?!? I work in customer service and would not have a job if that was an answer I provided to a customer. I can see why so many reviews here are negative.

Each and every time I ever shop at Kohl’s I have always had a pleasant shopping experience returns are never a hassle and I honestly can say I give Kohl’s a 5 Star rating. I returned some recent Christmas items and I received Kohl’s cash and made an additional online purchase and received an email immediately to pickup my order. I will continue to shop at Kohl’s no problem or worries here 🥰 absolutely love kohl’s!!!!!

I placed an order online for silverware. I did not get something from the order. I had already paid my bill. They credited me for the item I did not get which means I should have a credit on my account for that item. They reordered the item and charged me and I have been chatting for 45 minutes trying to explain that I should not have a balance it should was out with the credit. They just don't understand and I spoke with a supervisor (lol). I am finished with that store. The best part is its $10.36. Its not about the amount its the principle. I should not have a balance.

Since moving to South Carolina we have had trouble getting our bill. I was charged with a late payment before ever receiving a bill or the merchandise. Manager at their corporate office told me that they would not give me credit on my bill even though I found the canceled check in my bank account on-line. I encourage everyone to avoid these stores. We will never go back. I just wish that I could give them a minus grade.

In the past I loved Kohl’s and shopped there regularly. Deals online and in store were great with the Kohl’s card. At one point my card received large incorrect surcharges that were difficult to get corrected. I closed my card and stopped shopping at Kohl’s. I recently returned to Kohl’s and again liked there store. For Christmas my daughter got clothing items from a family member that didn’t fit. I had to return without a receipt, I expected that items had to be returned at most recent reduced price. I also expected gifts cards for returns without a receipt. My disappointment when I found out Kohl’s has to mail me a check for returns! I don’t think I will be shopping at Kohl’s anytime soon.

One of the worst stores in the US esp. on returns. The number of staff is always less and at any point in time yhe wait time is about an hour. The staff does everything else other than attending to the customers

Very frustrated with customer service. My daughter bought a coffee maker for me as a gift. It didn’t work. When I exchanged it, I stood in line for over 30 minutes with 3 registers open. The second one didn’t work. I stood in line almost 25 minutes with 5 registers open. That one didn’t work, I waited over 40 minutes with 4 registers open. Needless to say, people were laying their purchases down and leaving. This is the Kohl’s in Huber Heights OH.
