I had an extremely negative experience with Kohl's. Yeah, it's have a big choice of stuff and promises fast delivery. But some people write here that their order was canceled and the money wasn't returned. The same thing happened to me! It's not okay, it shouldn't happen like this. It's like the shop doesn't even care about its customers!!! I'm very angry and I'll never order here again.

I have had nothing but great service from Kohl's. I have experienced slower delivery time due to the COVID pandemic, but it's too be expected. Every time I need to contact a customer service rep I I am always greeted with professional, efficient representatives! And the Kohl's Cash is great as well!

Worst online order service around. Takes the order, charges my card, tells me its in stock for pickup at my nearest store, then sends me a cancellation of my order. Refund? No, not same day

Kohl's has the worst customer and return service. I placed the order in April and returned 2 products. I had to pay for return shipping costs as well when all other companies have free returns. I contacted them several times and they claim they have not received them. After more the a month they credited me for one product and said it was only one item in a box. They kept turning the fault on me.I lost $93. I will never shop in their store again and make sure that other customers know about it as well.

Ordered 3 bras online for store pickup. Guess what their system wants you to tell it the pickup or delivery option for EACH item. So I received an email that they were shipping 2 bras and I could pick up 1. I tried to correct this online but it told me that my order was being processed and I could not change or cancel it. I called the toll free number and have been on hold for 40 minutes and counting for a simple request to pick up all 3 bras in the store. Needless to say, I will never shop Kohl's again. Bad experience.

I like most of Kohls' clothing and items they sell. However, their return policy online is TERRIBLE! They CHARGE you to return your items! Even during a pandemic! I have bought several things (toys, clothing, etc) at several different stores. Some things I had to return. Every single store except Kohls has had free return shipping; even if the store DIDN'T have free return shipping, during the pandemic they are offering it. With all Kohl's stores being closed and no idea when they are opening (even though in my state you CAN shop now with an appointment, they still aren't opening) this stuff is just sitting here. Now people who are trying to return stuff have to sit on money spent until God knows when, and not to mention fight the people when the store DOES open!! SICK! SHAME ON YOU! Not sure I will EVER order something online from this company again

I have been a kohls customer for years and never had a late payment. However, I had a $2 balance on my card which was due on feb 16th and I paid it on March 26th. However, they reported my $2 late fee to collections and my credit score dropped from 750 to 700. I wish they had atleast charged me a late fee and warned me about sending it to collections. It's so unfortunate that they did this to me during these difficult times. I have tried calling customer service several times but all they say is that they have started a ticket on this case. Any suggestions??

I had to give 1 star to write this complaint. I have been a long time Kohls customer for more than 10 years so when Covid hit I ordered via curbside and that was not an issue. it was when it came to the shipping of items is when I encountered the problem, I ordered the wrong size curtain rod, I called on Saturday and was told they will credit the account however I was told to send it back and back for it out of pocket with the understanding I would be reimbursed I called today and was told that since I ordered the wrong the size it was my fault. I paid $36.27 for the curtain rod and $53.23 for shipping to return it. I would have been better off not sending it back. Think twice before ordering anything that needs to be shipped know you will pay out of pocket. I will be closing my account immediately and will not shop there every again!
