The pits. Kohls.com is AWFUL. Had 2 gift cards. The website wouldn't take them. The toll free "customer service" did nothing. Went to store 45 minutes from house, they "activated" them after they showed themselves clueless about what "activated" meant. Said I could use them in store or on line. Tried online when I got home. WOULDN'T WORK AGAIN. Called "customer service." They sucked again and said I needed to go to the store, which said I needed to order online. The classic runaround. These id-iots are INCOMPETENT. Stupid beyond belief. I would NEVER recommend Kohl's to anyone. They are on the path to Montgomery Ward's and Hecht's and Sears. Bankruptcy.

Online shopping is no good package did not have my address and had to be returned, I was told to wait ten business days. I call customer service they told me I was a liar that I did receive the package, I had just come back from my post office and showed me that my package was on its way back because it did not have my address. Will never again shop at their website or in their stores. To me this is stealing their thieves. They won’t even give me my money back. Stay away from Kohl’s you’ve been warned.

Advertising if something goes on sale within 14 days of your purchase they will honor it and give you the items at the sale price. Well they do not. Very bad policy. False advertising. I will not be shopping there again in their store or on line purchases. Very disappointed in their business practices.

I ordered outside cushions for my porch furniture. Wondering where it is I searched order number and seen that my order was cancelled. Got an email 7 days later saying that my order had been cancelled. Ridiculous! I will never purchase another single thing from Kohl’s ever!

I have been a customer of Kohl's since they opened and regularly use my Kohl's charge card. I ordered a picture a few weeks ago from Kohl's.com. It arrived with the glass broken. My husband returned it to a Kohl's store, the clerk suggested we write a review because they were getting many broken items via Kohl's.com. I wrote a review on their website stating the situation and actually mentioned that I wanted to purchase the picture again but was hesitant due to how the picture was packaged. The wood frame was protected with foam all around but there was nothing separating the glass from the package box. Nor was the box labeled "fragile" or "glass". I asked if the picture could be shipped to the store and I would pick it up there. My review was never posted so I wrote another one. It too was not posted. However, I received an email stating my review would not be posted due to it's contents. After trying their feedback to no avail. I called. After waiting 17 minutes, I talked with Sander. He listened, said Kohl's was very busy, and that someone higher up would contact me. I am currently waiting for someone to contact me from Kohl's. I won't hold my breath.

Overall pleased with this company. Ordering online is a breeze. In some cases, the shipments take a bit to receive but overall, I’m pleased with their service and will continue to do business with them.

I ordered 2 items on my debit card and charged for 3. Bad business and rude customer service. Would not resolve problem. Was told to dispute transaction with my bank. Waste of time and money. Horrible selection of overpriced merchandise. Absolutely not recommended.

Customer service was terrible. A supervisor name gale 3841 told me she knows more people not affected by the pandemic than are. None of her direct family were affected. A quote from kohls C.s. Tracey 2542 was unbelievably rude and disrespectful it was appalling. This is the only review I've ever left in my life. To spare a long story don't ever ever shop at Kohl's please heed my warnings I will do my best to tell everyone please help me spread word Kohl's is an evil corporation.FACT
