I ordered 3 sets of fry pans. Told me they shipped on 8/19 Thought it was weird I couldn't get a tracking report. So I called customer service today and they never did ship and they were out of one pan. Yet they charged my credit card. Not sure how long they planned on not notifying me that nothing had been shipped and they were out. Had no right to charge me for something that wasn't coming. Now I hope I get my refund from them.

Overpriced. Terrible customer service and unprofessional staff. It really is a shame because it used to be my go-to place for just about anything. Everything, especially in regards to The Woodlands, TX location, has gone downhill significantly.

These guys are thieves. They send wrong statements to wrong addresses (bad addresses, some of which don't even exist) and then a few months later all of a sudden they ruin your credit report claiming you were late in payments and even after it's been settled and they discovered their mistake they never remove their erroneous credit report. They are thieves and scammers.

Stephen and I had the same experience. I haven't shopped at Kohl's for awhile. I just went to the Hoover AL location to make a purchased. I was notified that my account had been closed by Kohl's for inactivity. I had my account 9 years and 10 months. I had made the purchase on my debit. I drove all the way back to the store and returned everything. Wow! When other stores are filing for bankruptcy Kohl's does this. They better hope that Amazon does cancel their relationship. Wouldn't that be priceless and justified.

This is a true story no exaggerations, over last six years I have purchased at least six pillows made by Pacific Coast Feather now Sold. Thiey had life time warranty and some ten years. Well. In good faith my pillow FELL apart. I first went to Warwick.store got nowhere mailed it back. To pacicif pacific got nowhere their closed and lost fifty sending it back

Poor, Stone Age return policy. Requiring me to drive 100 miles for in-store return on an item ordered from kohls.com. If higher $$$, they would have issued a return label. Not acceptable in these days of coronavirus. Not in keeping with return practices of competitors. Rigid customer service. Outdated procedures. Will not order again from Kohls.com.

I am visually impaired. I normally use order by telephone after receiving information about requested items from my children and grandchildren after they visit and select Kohls merchandise. That obviously couldn't happen during the shutdown. I called to order in August and was told to go online or on app to first find the items I desired. I explained that this was not possible as I couldn't see a website or app. I needed help having the possible items in a category described to me. Again told to go to the website or app. No matter who I got on the line-agent, supervisor or specialist all told me to go to the website or app. In response to my request they ALL said Kohls had no Accessibility Department. Yet a person at the Kohls Corporate answering service said they did but were closed and she would have them call me back. It's been three days. I live 15 minutes from Kohls Corporate in Menominee Falls so I could walk there faster than getting a response from them. I know from years of experience that you cannot breach their walls. They successfully prevent ANY corporate contact. Kohls especially avoids any disability accomodation. I even had a Sprint ADA supervisor from Kansas try to get ADA information and she had no luck either, she was exceedingly gracious, patient, and ultimately frustrated by Kohls. My issues with Kohls about getting a receipt, getting merchandise I ordered, being credited discounts on coupons, reviewing the accuracy of my bill etc. remain unresolved as I keep getting connected to offshore ecommerce agents who tell me to go to the website or app. AGAIN, I can't because I can't see.

I ordered shoes online for my son that were "oxford" in color. The photo showed orange and blue shoes. I received an email confirmation with a photo of orange and blue shoes and a shipping confirmation with a photo of orange and blue shoes. However, I received pink and black shoes in the mail. I emailed Kohls twice asking for a return shipping label and was ignored both times. So I called Kohls and explained the situation and they said that "oxford" is, in fact, a pink and black shoe, therefore I got what I ordered and they won't take the shoes back. They refused to send me a return label. Even the supervisor said I'm out of luck. So I get to keep the shoes I didn't order. Thanks Kohls. Excellent customer service. Fix your website and raise your standards. This is unacceptable.
