I ordered picnic table, they lost it, shipped out another one and it has no hardware. I waited over a month for this. Then place a order on shirt to pick up at store. Its going to take 12 days, I should have just had it shipped. I've never had all this problem ordering, I'm ready to cut this Kohls card up and burn it. Ordering online is the way to go now, but not at Kolhs, it's terrible. Never here when it states. Not sure what's going on, or they gonna lose alot of customers. I usually do all Christmas shopping there but probably won't buy anything until they get their act together. Very very disappointed in my last orders.

Horrible customer service. 2 months in a row they have taken double payments out of my checking account without my permission. When I call they tell me I made those payments. I even have the email with my payment confirmation. I will be closing my account asap!

If Kohl’s department store thinks it’s a good business decision to support a terrorists group like BLM, best be prepared to lose ALL your conservative shoppers. I will cut my credit card up in little pieces and send it back to you. If you need a reminder, this is 🇺🇸AMERICA🇺🇸 and ALL lives matter, not just the black ones!! Shameful 😡

I had it with Kolh’s. I just closed my account. The customer service is awful as well as the entire company. No more Kohl’s.

I’ve always loved KOHLS but right now no thank you I called to place an order over the phone no one speaks English you can’t understand them . I called three different times and got three different totals this is very irritating and enough to make me never shop at Kohl’s again. Wow really BAD SERVICE

I placed a order on 8/8/2020. It is now September 2nd and I still don’t have it. I called costumer service and got transferred to 3 different people and they all said the same thing. They don’t know why I haven’t received my stuff. They though weren’t willing to try to figure it out or help me. When I asked for a refund they said I would have to call back on September the 9th for a refund. So I have to wait till 31 days without receiving what I have paid for till they refund me my money! I’ll never shop with or order from here again.

They are worst store card possible. I was never defaulter in my life but I had some 5$ outstanding and these guys reported to credit bureau without any notification damaging my score by 80 points. Stay away from KOHLS card or store if you really want to keep your score safe .

They happen to have the worst shipping delivery system so you should know but if you need help in med supply or refill of prescription drugs then you can reach the right one from deep web on telegram username ATEXTAWAY to get it delivered to you in some days within usa.
