I have shopped at Khols for over 20 yrs for just about everything. I won’t be shopping there anymore, ever since you announced that you will be supporting a Marxist, pro-violent, anti-white organization. All of their founders have claimed they’re “trained Marxists”. Marxists have oppressed people all over the world, Kohl’s. They want to topple America; therefore, I cannot give money to your store to help them do so. Marion Tweeny

I ordered clothing online from Kohl's and not only did it come later then the initial delivery date, but the security tags were still attached to every piece of clothing I received. The point of online ordering (mostly during this pandemic) is to stay in the safety of your home.. Well, now I have to go to the store to get the security tags off and put not only myself in danger of catching COVID-19 but also put my elder grandparents who I live with and care for in danger. If I could give a lesser rating I would. I opened a credit account with Kohl’s earlier this year with all the promises of gift cards and credits and what not. Got 30% off my first purchase. Sounds great so far but wait. They told me I had 60 days before my first billing cycle. It was just $150 total I owed no biggie right? Wrong! When the bill came they had a late charge on there for no payment after 30 days. I had the receipt and the online app saying I was not due until I did pay the bill in full mind you. They had a late charge which I complained and got back. So all is good now right? Nope. They turned their mistake of a late payment over to the credit bureau's and refuse to take it off. So I’m battling this with the bureau’s but so far this showing a late payment on my perfect history during COVID has the creditors dropping my limits and therefore my score has dropped over 100 points so far so my above 800 score is now sitting close to the 700 mark. F’N ridiculous!

I have never been so disappointed with a online order went to khols in Mechanicsville to pick up order first gentlemen told me my order had already been picked n I kept telling him it hadn't been picked, so then he was going to credit my account,then I look he's at my window with my order,after telling me someone must have hacked my account n got my order,then to top it off was wrong size,I will never do at pickup at this khols

Kohl's...you just got COLD!!!! WE WILL NOT SUPPORT YOU. BLM clothing in your stores? Supporting a terrorist group that has destroy the USA and continues to kill and ruin business. Shame on you!

I recently earned $10 Kohl's cash. The closest Kohl's store to me is an hour away. To get free shipping you have to spend at least $75. It only gave me 4 days to redeem the Kohl's cash and now it's expired. And one of those days was a holiday. Come on Kohl's, get your head out of your butt. Either give people more time to redeem them or lower your free shipping requirement to something that is feasible for most people, especially during these tough times.

Been dealing for months regarding a credit. Their customer service is so poor! I was shopping in the store and purchased something online because my size wasn't available. I purchased the smaller option in-store and the larger online. I paid for both purchases using a gift card and depleted that gift card at the cash register. My online order was later cancelled because the item was not in stock after all. They said the funds were placed back on my gift card. I no longer have that gift card as it was trashed at the register following it's in store purchase. They have cheated me out of $35 dollars and I have been calling and trying to get my money back since May 28th! Such a FRAUD!!! They keep saying the are mailing me a gift card to my home address and it's been a little over 3 months and NOTHING has been done. This is RIDICULOUS I don't appreciate this and I will NEVER shop or STEP foot in a Kohl's store. Buyers beware!!! They are real quick to take you money and don't return what's rightfully yours.
