Kohl's.com could not figure out how to retrieve (return) 3 very bulky boxes of Savavieh bar stools. After getting put off over a 3 day period over the phone, I called the local store told them of my dilemma. The very nice lady was sympathetic to my situation and said for me to bring the boxes in the front and if there was a line, go up to the desk to request assistance. I rented a truck and took the bar stools to the front, one by one. Once all was inside I went to the desk to seek help and was told they could help me, but I had to go get in a line that was serpentine and went 40 or 50 feet. Wow, insult to injury. No guessing how this ends - closing the acct.

Worst customer service for online commerce. Literally the worst.

I ordered Christmas gifts for family and some foster kids that I am sponsoring for Christmas during the Cyber Monday sale. Kohl's split the order into 6 different boxes. The first box arrived today. In the box was a very, heavy cast-iron pot with 2 toys and a tween nail care set. The nail care set was crushed with its contents all over the bottom of the shipping box. Who packs a heavy item with fragile ones without putting the fragile ones in a separate box? I called Kohl's. The phone tree is ridiculous to get to a real person. The online chat option wasn't working either. I was told, "you can go to the store IF they have one and exchange it (minimum of a 3 hours roundtrip drive to the nearest store in good weather and it is currently a blizzard so it would be 6 or more hours of traveling) or we can process a replacement but if you don't wait for the rest of the order we cannot help you with any other damaged items." I was told the rest of the order could take until Christmas to arrive. These are Christmas gifts with some of the items needing to be mailed from my end, which means there won't be enough time for them to make it for Christmas. This is NOT customer service! I paid for undamaged items, and I should not have to wait for the other 5 boxes to arrive to file a complaint for the damaged item(s). Their Kohl's Capitol One credit card also will NOT warranty items like a normal credit card does, so avoid this as well. Definitely, NOT a good experience, and I shudder at what I'll find with the rest of the order, since there is another cast-iron pan and fragile toys and jewelry still in transit. I will NOT be able to get a replacement in time to mail it for it to arrive for Christmas. The closest store is over 80 miles from my home! Gas is $3.49/gallon. I get a maximum of 20 mph in good weather and far less when the top speed is 25-25 mph. So I will have to miss a day of work to return the item to the store (if they have one in stock, which may not be the case, the representative said there was only one left at that store) and pay for a tank of gas and risk my life on the treacherous roads, or NOT have a present for the tween foster child. For shame KOHLS!!!! Do better!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a few items in an order and earned kohl's cash. Used the Kohl's cash to buy more things. Turns out they sent one product of the first order completely wrong. I went to the chat to try to get things right, the item is no longer available and they sent me "again" a wrong item according to the e-mail of the purchase. I tried to cancel and get a similar item...but they "can't do anything, because the replacement, which is wrong again was issued" Moral of the story, they will refund me, the item that I bought is no longer available, the price already went up and even if I get the same price, since it will be a separate order I will lose $15 kohl's cash that will be out of pocket since I already used it. Customer service is very confused and not helpful, just keep repeating that "it is all they can do". Terrible experience. Will not buy there again and strongly recommend people to not buy there again

Ordering online is easy. 30 minutes later, trying to cancel that order is a nightmare. Their online chat keeps taking you back to the same place. When I finally called there were no options to cancel my order. The service person said I would just have to refuse delivery and they would refund my money. What a waste.

Kohls is the WORST website I’ve ever used. Pointing out 1 thing seems impossible because every single thing is wrong with it!!

I made an order and sent it to the wrong city and state it was returned to the store. I called them. Five or six times in the past three months still haven’t received it. The last lady I spoke with told me she’s sorry that everybody was giving me a different story that I would receive my card my gift card by November 28 and then the rest would be refunded to my debit card which never happened she also told me that she would give me $40 cash immediately for the inconvenience in my card will be in the mail and here by November 28. I never received it. I called them today the gentleman that he spoke with the supervisor and at the $40 was my refund well I spent more than 40 I have probably spent seven or $800 since then on Christmas presents. That’s not what the lady told me they told me they record the conversations then the supervisor needs to go back and listen to all this conversations so now I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and I will be going to core over a $53 order even though I spent seven or $800 since then because the customer service was so rude and lies constantly to me and then for the gentleman to tell me if I stay upset, he will discontinue the phone call. Well they don’t have to worry about it. I am closing my account. I will not spend no money with them and I will be taking action

I have tried for 3 days to reach Kohls customer service and my usual Kohls on Maple in Omaha NE. No one answers at the store! Corporate Customer service . The site automatically throws you into their chat which is AI/GBT. It keeps telling me that the don’t understand what I am saying over and over and over! I called to request that the “roach clips”in the stocking stuffer display be removed! In my generation they were considered for drug use. I have shopped here since they opened!
