I have never ordered from Khols online. I've shopped in-store, but I've done all my ordering online with what's going on. I placed an order of almost $500 and realized that the shipping addresses didn't match my new billing address. Well, they have a 30-minute window, and then they can't cancel the shipment or guarantee a refund. I have to wait 30 days or until/if the shipment gets returned. This is ridiculous. They can't even stop the other shipments from going out!!! That's bad for them as a company, and how do they not have a more sophisticated shipping system!! Luckily, I purchased on my Apple Credit card, and they are stopping all the charges. But there's still a $500 hold on my card until Khols releases it, which shows as pending. I'm so grateful I had other options. This could've ruined our Christmas, smh!! I don't even know if I'll shop with them at all anymore. Lost a customer... smh

I ordered a few items and one was too big so I went to exchange the item and they wouldn't allow me even though the tags were intact and I had the receipt. Their reasoning is that the online price didn't match store price. They won't do site to store price match. Another item was completely the wrong item. I ordered a very specific bracelet to give my daughter on the day her brother is born. What they sent was a cheap looking necklace instead. I can't get the bracelet now because due to their negligence they are out of stock. Do the employees not check jewelry before shipping out? Now I have to find something else for my daughter on this special day. I will never order from kohl's again. I am still waiting for my returns to post. If they don't I will have to file a dispute. Definitely the worst place to order and shop.

They suck might of ruined Christmas for my family canceled my order on pS5 2 days later when i could have gotten it a Best buy but i thought i already had one, i will never shop there again or recommend anyone else too...

Will never shop online or at their store again. Kohls advertised that on November 22 a special package Nintendo Switch would go on sale online. At 1:22AM I placed the order for one Switch, received a confirmation of purchase and notified me that my Switch would be delivered between November 27 to December 4th. 7 days later I received an email that my order had been canceled. Informing me that the item was no longer in stock. They were sorry and that I could keep the Kohl’s cash. I purchased this for my grandson, and could have ordered it from somewhere else, but since it was confirmed, I believed that I received one of the limited items. Of course now you can’t find them anywhere! By chatting with their on line help I realized that they didn’t even have the item! “Their vendor” ran out of the item..... their vendor???? They were the vendor I was working with! I have been successful at other big box stores when they release items at midnight hours! Never again from Kohl’s they are deceiving the public, acting as if they have the item, when they don’t! Giving you Kohl’s cash which when you go to spend, you always spend OVER the amount given.... I’m sure that is the only way they are still in business! I will never spend my money on line or in store at Kohl’s again!

To my inconvenience, they would not cancel an item that I ordered on a holiday (which i know they weren't open) and called to cancel the next day. So I have to now receive the product and totally inconvenient to me, return the item to the store. Way to lose a customer, Kohls!!!! I ordered the item I wanted instead from another source, not Kohls!!!!!!

Ordered gift card online. Went through. My account was frozen. I was not notified. “Fraud” department thought order was suspicious. A nightmare ensued involving employees telling me lies, involving a two hour showdown between store managers and “corporate.” Complete breakdown of service. This was a horror for all involved created by corporate staff.

I opened a kohls charge account because they were advertising 35% off the first charge online or in store. On Friday November 27, 2020 I placed my order online because most of the stuff I was looking or was sold out in store but not online. when I got charged I noticed that the 35% of my total only applies to one specific item that was already on sale and not to everything as advertised. I asked the manager about this issue and he told me that kohls does not allow to discount 95% of the items that they sell. He told me that they is only certain items that apply to the 35% discount. OK SO THIS IS FOR THE PIECE OF SH!TS THAT RUN THIS COMPANY! BEFORE THEY ASK YOU TO APPLY FOR CREDIT AND SAVE 35% OF THE FIRST PURCHASE, THEY SHOULD TELL YOU THAT IF YOU APPLY FOR A KOHLS CARD AND IF APPROVED YOU MAY NOT USE THE 35% DISCOUNT ON 95% OF THE ITEMS KOHLS SELLS. NOW LETS SEE IF THE CUSTOMER WANTS TO APPLY. THE F***!NG ANWSER IS HELL NO. I am waiting for my items so I can return them and cancel this piece of CRAP company card! I also called the company and spoke to a young lady in their office, and after 10 min. on the phone she told me that she would escalate this issue to her supervisor who for some reason was not available because there was no supervisor on the floor to take y call. But on the back round you an hear a sh!t load of people talking. All I got was a LOAD OF CRAP reference # 201129-014399. I WILL BE POSTING THIS ISSUE UP ON EVERY WEB SITE AND THIS WONT HAPPEN TO THEM AND SO PEOPLE CAN KNOW THAT IF THEY WANT A KOHLS CARD THEY CANT USE IT ON 95% OF THERE CRAP.

Experience is awful. Fine clothes and brands but might as well be shopping for a midget. Get some actual sizes and some actual clothes that normal people can wear.
