Ordered on Kohl’s.com and was given an option for curbside pickup. I selected it and when the order completed, it had me picking up in store. Called customer service and the agent didn’t understand what curbside pickup was. And told me it was not available. I believe Kohl’s only wants customers to come into the store hoping they will buy more and cares nothing for customer safety. They wouldn’t even allow me to cancel the order. Kohl’s is not a decent company and will not shop there

wish i would have read your reviews online before wasting my time with your website to shop black friday. placed order for 600.00 plus which was cancelled. will never spend a second more of my time because. every one of the reviews all have the same experiences I had. I truly pray that you are one of the companies that go belly up and bankrupt because of your dishonest practices. Hopefully there will be a class action suit because my time is worth money and YOU stole that from me. You try to replace my order with non sale price items at double the charge because you want to scam. This is deceitful practices and will never shop Kohl's again. Everyone should beware of shopping Kohls online and if they try to cheat you online they will cheat you at the stores as well.

The worst website. I tried buying bras on the website for 30 minutes. I kept getting bad load times, glitches, couldn't find my address, it kept sending me to Guatamala, etc. I stopped trying and will not be buying anything from them on Black Friday. My time is valuable.

I've spent a ton of money in this store. The other day, they were selling Playstation 5s. I bought several. Of course, 150K orders got canceled due to their incompetence; however, in the email it specifically said we could keep our rewards. I was happy with that result. Then, of course, they backpedaled and said we could keep the rewards on only 1 order. I was furious because I was lied to, but whatever. So, out of curiousity, I went and checked my account today. They took ALL of it. This is a dishonest company. Truly. Do not spend your money with companies who lie, cheat, change terms, and essentially steal. Bet you will never seem my Amex Platinum again. You should have just left it alone, you'd have made a lot more money in the long run.

Terrible customer service. We've been shopping at kohls for years the customer service have been garbage recently. Will never shop there again.

I think kohls needs to get a new shipper. If you track it. It seems to take a day or two later. I would think with their volume, they should be able to do better.

I have forgotten my KOhls password and tried to change it for many hours,and than when I logged in it still did not accept my new password, I tried to chat,and it did not respond and the waiting time was too long, all together terrible customer service, online help way to complicated and badly organized, I will never try to contact Kohls again and never shop there again. Also, an issued with Free Shippng, that actually automatically connected me to a "free trial" "free shipping" website, which I had to go to a long process of cancellign the automatic 13.00 a month charge. Kohl's is ok for in store shopping but the system of rewards etc. and customer service is terrible.
