I have become very disenchanted with Kohl's as of late. It looks like they have discontinued two of my favorite brands at the store I shop, Chaps and Claiborne. Also, the stock in the store was very limited which may be due to the pandemic; there is just not that much to choose from. The newer brands, POPSUGAR, and LC that are featured in the store seem to be for younger woman. Chaps and Claiborne offered classic styles for all age groups. Please bring them back!

This is the worst website I have ever gone into in my life. You not only have to sign in with your user name and password but EVERY TIME it makes you verify AGAIN. they email or text that you are you and enter the code they sent you. What is the reason for a user name or password? It shouldn't be that much just to look at it pay your bill.

This review is for Kohl’s.com which is a different entity from Kohl’s brick and mortar stores. If you need anything in less than 3 weeks time, order form anywhere else but Kohl’s. They give you an estimated delivery time before you check out, which is completely false advertising. I ordered items on November 24, needed the items for clothing drive for the needy and pickup is Dec. 6. Before I placed the order it said I would have the items by December 1st, if they would have said December 11 I would not have purchased from them! Here we are December 6 and they have not even shipped! Customer service is a waste of time and also a complete sham. Told my wait time was 31 minutes. Over an hour later I spoke with a completely incompetent individual who told me not to worry, I’d get my items in another week or so. What?! Now I’m forced to go out last minute and quickly purchase items, wrap them, and drop them off before deadline. Not to mention that when or if the items ever ship, I will hav to drive 1.5hrs round trip to return these items that I will no longer need. Kohl’s should be ashamed of their poor business practices.

I made 2 separate orders for clothes for my daughter and myself. I had to have them shipped to the store which is fine. The problem is I have been charged for both orders twice now which has caused me overdraft fees. I tried to reach out to customer support but that was a joke they could careless. So I still DO NOT HAVE MY ORDERS I HAVE ALSO PAID FOR BOTH OF THEM TWICE ALONG WITH OVERDRAFT FEES!!!!!! This is not the first bad experience I've had but this is it for me. It is christmas time in the middle of a pandemic and now I have no money and have to pay overdraft fees because Kohls is incompetent. Not sure if I will ever shop here again. I just spoke with Monroe on the kohls.com chat and he basically said i was a liar and nothing could be done all after waiting 45 minutes for what I thought would be some assistance. This is really one of the worst companies around. The customer service is atrocious. I am a lead in a call center and this would not be tolerated.

Finally decided to order myself an air fryer. As a loyal Kohls customer I went on my Kohls app and found a Kalorik 26 quart digital Max air fryer. It stated that is was in sale for $179.99. So as I clicked on the image to read the description and the price jumped to $229.99. That’s a $50 price increase! So I decided to call customer service.. 45 minutes later I finally explain to the lady and she tells me there is nothing she can do! I tell her that is the price listed on the Kohls app. She said we don’t price match, I said from your own site? Asked to speak to a supervisor and that got me nowhere! He stated he would send me $10 in Kohls cash for my trouble. Well never received that either.. besides what is $10 when the site clearly states it was $179.99 not $229.99. Please be aware when using the app and calling customer service. They clearly don’t care about their loyal customers. I will definitely be finding a new place to do business with.

Ordered 7 items on Nov. 28. We were supposed to receive two of these items on Dec. 4 but did not get them. All I can find out is that they sat in Texas for 3 days. The other 5 items have not even gone through fulfillment and I can not find out any information about when they are to be delivered. This order was made 8 days ago, this is just unreasonable for customer service. Because of covid I had to shop online, this experience has told me never to buy online from Kohl's again. Their chat just keeps going around in circiles asking for information and calling Kohl's.com is not much better. Still can'f find out anything about any of the items I ordered.

Worst shipping ever. Purchased on Nov. 22 and today is Dec. 5th. Still sitting somewhere. They use Pitney Bowes. Who the heck is that? They are the worst. Tracking shows 3 days sitting in each state. Hopefully will get next week, but will never do this again.

So I placed an order on line December 1, 2020. Paid $19.95 for a 2 day delivery. Today is the 5th and still no package. I call customer service and they tell me that it will be delivered on the 7th. It would be fine but what I ordered i needed asap. So they tell me that they will give me a refund on the postage but that it will take 7 days! EXCUSE ME??? 7 DAYS!!! It did not take 7 days for you to take my money!!!! She tells me that it's a process. Well shut the front door! It's a process for me too! I should have ordered from Amazon. It was a few dollars more....but never any issues. It's always some kind of issue with Kohl's! They have lost my business. Would have rated them with no stars but it would not let me do that!
