After visiting one of your stores in Florida I was very disgusted to find out that you have a district loss prevention manager that is a complete creep and a pervert who was checking on my two young daughters.. after asking one of the cashiers she told me his name was Richard Bell aka Ricky

Family
Me, my family and all my friends are no longer shopping at Kohls. Mess with true patriots like Mike Rendel then we will mess with your pocket book. Plenty of other places to shop.

What happened to Kohls
What happened to Kohls? I have been a lifetime customer and their current service is HORRIBLE. I placed an order using Kohls cash - and for some unknown reason - it was cancelled. I called to try to figure out why and was told the items were not available. They then offered to reorder the items I was just told were not available. No refund of Kohls cash - I could pay for them and should get a refund of Kohls cash in 2-3 days - we were already past that point when I called. I asked for a manager and they put me on hold for 45 minutes and then hung up. I called back the next day and was put into voicemail. I just called back and have been holding for 24 minutes to speak to a manager. I even tried calling my local store and it rang and then went to a busy signal. Where is the service. Be warned - if you have a problem with an order - better take a week off to try to get help. The service is non-existant and the representatives are in a foreign country and don't bother to listen.

"hassle-free return policy" only means hassle-free for THEM
You should be aware that Kohl's has a truly horrible return policy for kohls.com purchases. They keep saying that it's "hassle-free", but literally all they mean by that is that you are allowed to return the items you bought (big whoop). They do NOT actually offer free return shipping labels, which I thought was a given in the year 2021 with any major retailer. Even if they charged a nominal return label fee like $7.95 or something like some companies do, that STILL would have been a much better policy than the embarrassment they currently have in place.
The item I bought is actually not as pictured, the photos on their site are *completely* misleading, but their customer service refused to approve a prepaid label (you can tell good customer service isn't exactly a priority for Kohl's). I am in NYC and don't drive, the nearest Kohl's is nowhere near me, and now I have to lug a large heavy box to the store by bus.
The other thing you should know about Kohl's is that the merchandise there is extremely overpriced. That is how they are able to offer 35% off to new cardholders and other deep discounts throughout the year - because the markup is so insane that *with* that discount you get a slightly better deal than regular prices at other stores.
The $75 minimum for free shipping is also excessive compared to all other major online retailers, and if you use a coupon code or something that gets your cart under $75, you have to buy even more. Given how poor their general selection is, combined with the fact that everything is just so unbelievably overpriced, this is not necessarily an easy task. Hey, Kohl's: this is why Amazon is winning!
Oh, one more thing: the credit card rewards you earn when paying with a Kohl's credit card are only good for 30 days. This is literally the first time I am seeing credit card rewards that EXPIRE, let alone expire so quickly.
To be honest I am not sure how they stay in business with antiquated practices like that in this day and age, but I suppose time will be the best judge. Personally I doubt I'll ever shop from kohls.com again beyond this new cardholder deal. This also explains, btw, why Kohl's has always been completely irrelevant in my entire adult life until someone mentioned using the 35% new cardholder discount for certain household appliances to me.

Makes no sense...saving wages!
Parked close to doors...doors locked for my safety. Had to walk down to next door. Shopped and went to try on....dressing rooms closed for my safety. I put my items back. My husband found a shirt he was buying till we got to checkouts. One whole end of checkouts, by the locked doors, closed! So, we walk to other end checkouts. Single file line that wrapped around and down an aisle. No social distancing. People jammed in line together. How does this make any sense? So I can get Covid in a dressing room, masked and in an enclosed room, but not when I’m shopping or standing in a crowded line waiting to pay? This has nothing to do with my safety or Covid, but everything to do with Kohl’s saving wages! We will not shop Kohl’s until doors are unlocked, checkouts are open and dressing rooms are available!! Ridiculous!!

Be wary ordering online
Since Kohl’s removed my review off their website I’m adding it here:
I would rate this zero out of 5 if I could. I ordered 8 sets of dishes total about $200 but I Never received my fiesta plates. I received a blanket instead. I didn’t get my order ever. When I tried calling to get my refund they only refunded me one set when I ordered 8 sets. I had to wait another week after a second call in to getting the rest of my refund. The second person i got on the phone listened as I explained and helped me. Wish I could have just got what I ordered this review would have been completely different.
But this experience left a bad taste,I don’t think I’ll ever shop kohls again.

Should’ve gone down with Sears
Im surprised how these stores are still running. Everything is over priced. Always try to price match with other stores when shopping here.
