In my cart I had two twin bed spreads and two dust ruffles. I went to the store to see the quality of the items and they weren't available. But I bought enough items that day to get KOH'L'S CASH. The manager who rung my sale told me to wait and use the Coupon on my order. Today, I went online to find the sale OVER, when the manager told me it wouldn't be. So now, the items are triple and double the price of the last promo. SAD, how modern retail has chosen to make money. The Customer Service person in WHAT EVER COUNTRY wouldn't honor the pricing, since there is a new sale. SICKENING. The manager told me the sale would change only by a few dollars. I'm returning what I bought, and they have lost a customer. Interesting how the prices in the store are double online. Guess those Customer Service people are really helping the bottom line.

I love khol’s but recent experiences made me want to not come back. I wrote a review in a product and it was taken down for no reason. So, I figured I’d write another one and maybe not focus so much on the bad and talk about some of the good. Again, blocked by the moderators. How do you run a business and not let people speak to the quality and value of your products? No wonder more than half of them have no reviews.

I don't usually order on line for Kohls but since the virus I do. I ordered some clothes on line, tried them on the length was too short. Spoke to customer service about my problem, she told me I can bring the items to the store, I told her I'm disabled that's another I order on line, well she also told me no carrier can pick it up so I have to find a ride or find some one to bring it, I kept telling her I'm by myself that's why I ordered on line. Oh for the return label you have to have a printer, I told her not everyone has one. Kohls need to consider their policy on disabled people or people in conditions that has no printer or can't make it to the store. I told her I'm not shopping there again because I'm stuck with clothes with short length.

There customer service no good made a payment on kohl’s card my payment was taken out twice for 572 been trying to get refunded all they keep saying is 10 to 14 days still waiting and they won’t answer questions then they hung up on very disappointed never had any other issues from other stores to ever get refunded lost a customer

I shop for a shut-in. This means making purchases and potentially returning everything if nothing is approved by my client. I recently had purchased quite a number of items and had to return them all. The agent at customer service was so nice and understanding. She cheerfully did all of the returns. This made me very happy that I was treated so well instead of other stores that make you feel terrible for returning items.

I hadn't been in my local Kohl's store on E 96th St in Indpls Indiana since the beginning of the pandemic so was really looking forward to my shopping experience. I was always a regular shopper there buying clothes, jewelry, bedding, etc...You can imagine my dismay and shock to find most of the racks GONE and very little clothing displayed. If you want people to shop in your stores, Kohl's, you must have something in your stores to actually BUY.

Bought glassware online, arrived broken. Poorly packaged, not enough cushioning to minimize movement during shipping. Kohl’s shipping department fell asleep on their packaging. A waste of my time.
