Kohl's lost my account completely so I signed up for a new one and place a large order. When my order was delivered, no packing slip was inside and I needed to take back several items (I live 2 hours aways from a Kohl's.) My new account a made for this order is lost! They have no record of the new account, I never got any conformation emails, no packing slip and now they won't refund me for my items unless I go home and get the credit card I purchased them with. What a hassel. I will never buy online from Kohl's again. Never!

What is going on with Kohl’s customer service I have been calling for 3 days and they keep telling me to call back in an hour, that their system is down…..3 days later and it’s still down. What a joke.

Khol's is overpriced and lie about their Khol's cash.

Worst customer service. Website rates phone response at 90-120 seconds. Try 30 minutes.

Assistant manager and staff stalked me for close to an hour while I shopped at kohl's forsyth,IL Then she tried to lie saying she wasn't, then admitted she did follow me to the door. I turned around to come back in for flip flops she stalked me two more times openly & with aggression. It took her five minutes to explain that her job duty as asst manager was to make sure people with bookbags, ON THEIR BACK, are harassed out the door.. three different people stalked me at 1:00 pm until 130 pm on 8/16,2021 but the other two were spying from a distance. The assistant manager was following me aggressively as I tried to find the right pair of shoes. A total disregard & disruption of one's shopping experience that day. Been shopping at kohls for 30 plus years. There needs to be a sign saying "blatant aggression by managers will be fully displayed toward those with bookbags on their backs". Or maybe a sign that says "leave bookbags at the service desk". Harassing a person getting ready to spend a couple hundred dollars is poor business practice & dereliction of duty. Or maybe professionally trained assistant managers who are not bitter & angry with the world. There were plenty of pleasant workers that would fit the bill. As a former Armed Nuclear Security Officer with expert training by the Federal Government, the security personnel directing managers & staff to harass customers are wannabe cops who are clowns & cowards. They are violating others constitutional rights, no clue what they are doing at that store. Sincerely, A concerned kohls shopper

Horrible customer service. No accessibility for the handicapped. I tried texting for an hour and it was nothing more than TRAGIC AND TORTUROUS.

Spent some time picking clothes out for my vacation only to get to the register and wait at least 15 minutes for the cashier to arrive. Rang up my purchase and kohls card with a nice credit limit and zero balance needed a manager approval. After several more minutes waiting for a manager the cashier suggested that I go to the back of the store to find the manager. Really? I had replied or leave this stuff sitting here and leave. So I got home a dodged to the shredder after calling customer credit card support and then transferred to a line that states no one was available to assist me. Really? So it's confirmed the reason I shreded my kohl's credit card last year. What was I thinking when I requested a replacement a year later. Kohls has terrible customer service and expensive merchandise. I am not pleased at all. Good bye kohl's, good luck with your struggles to keep customers.

I ordered a set of sheets online and received a pair of socks. I had to make two trips to my local Kohl's store in order to get a full refund. I received an email from Kohl's asking for a review. I did and simply stated the problem, praised the employees at my local Kohl's store (twice) for trying to help me, and explained that their computer system was not set up to handle a refund for an item sent in error. The employees seemed frustrated at the system but were courteous and professional. Due to inadequacies in their computer system, I had to make two trips before they could get the system to process a refund. I would have let the matter go but then Kohl's refused to post my review. I never used any inappropriate language or derogatory comments towards any Kohl's employees. By not posting a review of this nature, it makes me wonder how may other legitimate negative reviews they have refused to post, and I have lost confidence in their commitment to their customers by rejecting constructive criticism and in their support for their employees to be able to do their jobs. I certainly will never use their online service again and this experience (not the fault of the local employees) does not make me want to shop at Kohl's again.
