I will be closing out my Kohl's charge. I've been a loyal Kohls charge account customer since Kohl's inception, and I cannot believe that I'm not able to place an order without it being cancelled!! I've tried TWICE to order bathing suits for our winter in Florida, and each time it was cancelled. I did call CS and after the rep asked me every possible personal question to validate my identity, he still wanted more. I provided name, address, last 4 SSN, DOB, and card #. What else can I possibly give you!! I'm frustrated beyond belief and I'm DONE shopping at Kohl's. Regards, Kohl's MVP (who always pays their bill on time FYI)

I ordered from Kohl’s website and did not receive several of the items I had purchased. When I spoke to someone in customer service and her “supervisor” they told me that because I used a Visa to order my merchandise that they would not be sending me the items I paid for nor would they be refunding my money!! I went around around with these people and eventually had to hang up and call back so I could speak to someone who knew what the heck they were doing. I did finally get a refund but they would NOT send me the items I ordered and paid for!! This is no way to conduct business and they have lost me as a customer. I have three girls and bought all their clothes from Kohl’s. Just be careful. If they mess up they apparently do not correct their mistakes.

If you don't use your card for a year they close your account. So while standing in line to pay, during this COVID situation, the cashier asked me if I had missed any payments because my account is closed. They said also that if I hadn't use the card in a year they close the account. First of all, being humiliated by the cashier about missed payment, then standing in line for almost 30 minutes while the cashier figured out if it was really closed, they did give me additional money off my bill, and let me use my Visa to pay and still get discount, the wait was horrible as we held up the line.

I have had nothing but great luck with Kohls, people who have issues have NOT really talked with customer service! They are pleasant and responsive anytime I have called...great merchandise!

Horrible well really non existent customer service. It took 3+ hours and 3 different managers to straighten out a billing error. Mostly they just kept saying they weren’t responsible and would try to help, but we’re not really able to do any thing. I decided that I don’t need to shop at Kohl’s and wanted to cancel my account. They can’t even do that. So we had to call a number and be asked a million questions which were on their screens when they pulled up the account. That last manager I spoke with said hang on to the receipt she gave me in case any thing goes wrong. Can’t wait for the next 3 hour session to correct what probably won’t get straightened out. Unbelievable!! Why do they pay their managers when they actually do nothing except tell you they cannot help you. Please Kohl’s give up and close your doors—horrible store and company!!!!!

I usually like kohl’s but I ordered shoes and I literally received TWO LEFT SHOES and TWO DIFFERENT SHOES although somewhat similar! Really?! I would have much rather been told they are out of stock than this! So of course I will be returning and asking for a replacement and/or refund as this is NOT the 1700s when people wore two left or two right shoes! Even then that’s kind of ridiculous to think people did that!

I dont even want to give you 1 star..the khols on Rome hilliard rd in Columbus ohio Sucks sucks sucks everyone and I mean everyone is rude as hell and we know they don't want to be there because shows in their attitude...I will never ever again go into a khols this is was first and last experience

Nothing annoys me more than a company abusing my personal data. And what can you do about it? I signed up for a Kohl's card and they got my e-mail address for paperless billing. I have unsubscribed to over a dozen e-mails and I am still receiving them to this day. Give me my personal info back!
