Online orders still out of control. They give you a short window to use Kohl's cash, but say online "not eligible yet" and any other time wasting message that may pop up. Other major issues. It's scamming. Bad scene. Update: On the "other major issues (trust me, reader you'd agree it is)" They're obviously taking info. from those who traffic in harassment, more received from Kohl's today. Very upsetting the WI Atty General is helping these companies do it, they are, I've dealt with them, including a "mocking"voice mail in response to my letter explaining why there wasn't the obvious solution on another scam/fraud going on in the state.

I placed an order before Christmas 12/6/21 for 3 items got $50 in kohls cash..applied it to another order I placed a few days later..waited for orders only to find that my new address in Arizona defaulted back to my address in New York and that is where they were delivered.. had my sister pick up items from new owner of address and return to Colonie NY store total order was 352 and change credit I got back was 299 I was shorted 53.50 which they charged me for plus tax because I used the kohls cash....Called and spoke to 2 reps got no where..spoke to a Supervisor Antasia and she said because i used 50 kohls cash I owed that amount I said for all 4 items returned I still owe 53.50 she said yes because i used the kohls cash...I will be filing a complaint with BBB

I usually get great service and experience at any Kohl’s I go to, but my two most recent visit to Kohl’s Woodbury was horrible. After hours of shopping to find exactly what I needed, I found out at check out that my Kohl’s reward for $10 emailed to me just days before did not have $10 available for me to spend. I was given a number to call, but I asked for a manager Bc it didn’t make sense to me to purchase everything now and bring it back for adjustment once I figure out why Kohl’s gave me $10 that doesn’t work. I wanted to figure it out while I was still in Kohl’s. I waited for a good amount of time for a manager to speak with me, the the point where I can hear customers complaining Bc there were only two cashiers and both were working slowly as always, but no one ever came to speak with me. I told the cashier to cancel my purchase and i walked out extremely upset and disappointed. No, I did not make a scene Bc the truth is it would have embarrassed the cashier and they were not the problem. I did figure out what happened with my Kohl’s reward, but it honestly could have been handled quickly in store. The wait at Kohl’s Woodbury is always a hassle, the service is not that great, and it honestly attracts customers that I would prefer not to be surrounded by. I won’t be returning after two visits where both were horrible.

I was excited to here about the remodeling of my Kohls in my hometown until I went there. I'm a college student and used to love all of the deals I'd get but in terms of men athletic clothes they had nothing.

New return policy is complete BS! Items were a gift and they low balled us on price. Then when you try to get in touch with them the return number is under maintenance. We are canceling both our credit cards with them done.

Tried to reach customer service everyday since the order was placed and here it is Monday morning at 8:45 am January 3 and still cannot reach anyone.....on hold another 25 minutes with only a voice prompt for me to got to "Chat" to handle my issue which is totally useless.....at this point when I probably get my credit card I will surely cancel the card and return items bought.....extremely and poorly run company....make sure you, friends and family don't own stock in this company.....

I put an item in my cart that was 29.99 ("was 40.00). Then I applied 10.00 kohls cash and a 20% coupon (-4.00) Total, with my state sales tax of 1.02 is , 17.01. But the blue button to "Place Order" said "Place Order 25.51". I thought maybe something just didn't "catch up" because I can see the total of 17.01 in my cart. I took a screen shot of the cart showing this. I clicked submit, and order confirmation comes up with item subtotal 29.99, then Kohls Cash and Promos shows 6.00 and then showed the Take20Off discount as -6.00 (20% of 29.99) so it only reduced by 6.00 instead of 14.00. Called, was on hold forever, gave up and went online to chat, 840 people ahead of me, went to store (I had chosen ship to store) they said I had to call customer service. Still on hold. No more. Order 6227737002 btw. I have something I bought on black friday for myself but I think I will just bring it back and get it somewhere else. And of course won't get all my money back because they'll probably deduct the Kohl's cash that I TRIED but didn't use on this order...

First, I ordered four packs of Men's Jockey Midway Boxer Briefs from the Kohl's website. Then several days later, they sent me an email saying they only had one package of the product. Okay fine, but then what I got in the mail was completely different than what I ordered...unexceptable. The package was worn and looked like some one might have even tried the boxer briefs on. They were all wadded up. It was a mess. I thought Kohls was a reputable company. I will never shop there again. Pitiful
