Terrible service. Received online order of two packs of the same underwear, which I ordered. One package was open (??). Later realized there was a missing pair and a different brand and size was mixed in the open package. Yuck! They must have been a return from another customer. Unsanitary and this should not have happened. I have lost all of my trust in Kohls. The customer service is TERRIBLE. (Trexlertown PA store)

I ordered I sweater at Kohls.com in my normal size. When it came it was huge on me, but I loved the sweater. So, I ordered another in a size smaller and when it arrived, it fit great. Today, I returned the large one and since they are not available in the store, I went online to order 2 more ( yes, I like them !) But to my surprise, the Price had DOUBLED !!! It was now almost 70$ for two, and the ones I got last week were 35 for two. OK, maybe the special they were running was over, but doubled??? Plus it was not my fault they didn't fit and I had to order another to see if the smaller one would. So I contacted customer service and got a very rude person who was not very sympathetic, and said in no uncertain terms, I was out of luck, NOPE nothing I can do. Come on, not even a 5$ Kohls cash. I have shopped with KOHLS for a long time. They think they will sell this sweater for double the price, I doubt it. Thinking I will have to shop elsewhere :(

Placed an order almost two weeks ago, was wondering what was the status. Just called only to find out the item is out of stock. Not understanding how my card was charged in the first place if the item was out of stock when I placed the online order. This is unacceptable. Why do Kohl’s have items on their website that are out of stock. Can’t believe this!!!

Not so much a store experience, but I applied for a PT job there as a retail associate. Got an E-mail and a text message scheduling me for a phone interview. Scheduled it and never got the phone call. Texted them, no response. The next day (today), got an E-Mail thanking me for the phone interview, but they weren't going to hire me. What phone call!? Pretty bad way to treat a job applicant.

Placed order online..my order was shipped out but sat at the place 5 days with no movement and delivery date changed EVERYDAY.....customer service had ne on phone asking ne told for 13 mins just to tell me to give it until this Saturday (which makes 1 week) then call back!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. I will never ever ever shop at Kohls again! RIDICULOUS & HORRIBLE ONLINE ORDERING!!!!

I went in to get tennis shoes.... It was a total mess in there. There was nobody to help either. The place was so so so so sloppy and everything was out of place... NEVER GOING BACK. I did not buy anything it was disgusting!!!! You lost a customer and hopefully more. This was at Eden Prairie mall in Mn

They have a lot of nerve ‼️ They didn’t send me my monthly statements for three months and when I called them about the rep wants to assure me the statements were sent. So the Rep was literally calling me a liar. It took speaking with a manager to get the missing statements sent to me. Kohls had the nerve to penalize me for not making payments by tacking on late fees and taxes on the late fees like it was my fault for not sending the statements. So now they wonder why they can’t get any money. I don’t pay for a corporations mistakes. I could care less about a credit score because I can shop wherever I want with cash. Cash has no late fees terms, conditions or monthly statements. I shop preferably Macys.

Took my money, never shipped my whole order never called or notified me, when I called they said tough luck were out of stock for the rest of the rug set, but we will only refund part of your money because we shipped part of the set, to bad you can't use it, maybe you can put this 10x12 rug in your car and drive an hour to Kohl's to get the rest of your refund, Indian lady tells me no refund get lost and nobody else here can help you, Kohl's can kiss my Ass.
