I went to kohls to make a return. One of lady at counter was rude to me n giving awkward facial expressions like she is tired of me. Other bad experience I faced that my bag buzzed at exit door . I felt so embarrassed. Reason the customer service was so dumb that he didn’t removed the theft tag.

I haven’t used my kohls card in over a year. In the past month I have had 2 fraudulent charges show up. Someone called in twice this month, changed my shipping address and according to kohls, new cards were mailed out. I spoke to the fraud department that said they locked my card and started a claim on the order. Then the 2nd order showed up. I called Kohls again and was told my card was never locked. They then locked the card and said they would handle the claim and I would not be billed. Today I got a bill in the mail. I was told the 2nd claim was never filed and that they would file it but I had to make a payment. Why do I need to make a payment on fraud claims, why are they changing my shipping address and mailing new cards to random people without notifying me. They keep telling me “not to worry” but they are doing a really poor job of protecting me as a customer. Once this is sorted out I am done with Kohls. Poor and inadequate customer service and fraud department.

PLACED AN ORDER ON 10/22/2022 NEVER RECEIVED ANY STATUS UPDATE RE: ORDER AS OF 11/01/2022 BY CALLING THEM. ONLY GOT 1 EMAIL ITEM HAD SHIPPED WITH NO DATE FOR DELIVERY. I CALLED TWICE AND THE REP COULD NOT EVEN EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED. I REQUESTED FULL REFUND $64.94. I WAS THEN TOLD IT WOULD TAKE AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE I WOULD RECEIVE A REFUND. I WILL ALSO ADD THEIR STORES AND ITEMS ARE OF LOW QUALITY AND SMELL HORRIBLE AND I AM NO LONGER INTERESTED IN SHOPPING WITH KOHLS AGAIN.

I placed an order on 10.27.22. Since that order kohls has charged my account 5 times for a 3 item purchase. After the order was placed they changed the address to a bogus address so I would not receive purchase. I have called several times to make a complaint and they told me a refund was processed, the bank cannot see a refund being processed. I had to deactivated my card because of the bogus charges.

This store using all the sneaky tactics to make you buy. And when you find out they do it and that you havent been taking advantage of all the perks they offer. Basically losing money. It really hurts. Esepcially consodering quality pf their products are subpar at best

Absolutely a horrible online shopping experience and going to close my acct for sure first off ordered online only to be told 8x that the order has been canceled I seriously have lost my cool with tis ridiculous and frustrating and I won't put myself thru that again no help from customer service at all just kept getting put on hold. I HATE KOHLS!!!!!

Had a Kohls account for years. Then they dropped the My Pillow line because they didn't like Lindell's politics. Great products but not a "woke" lib. Shredded my card and haven't been back. It's easier shopping online anyway.

I placed an order on Sept 29 and my entire order was supposed to ship on September 30th. My order was delivered on October 6, 2022, with a packaging slip showing all items. However, when I opened the small box, two of the items were clearly not there. I contacted Kohls.com via the chat option and was told I would receive a refund for the two missing items. When a credit came through on my debit card it wasn't for both items (it wasn't even for the entire amount for the first item). I chatted again with an agent via text and was told to give it another week for the rest of the funds to be there. On October 27, 2022 I chatted for a third time with an agent via the chat option on kohls.com (I had all chat transcripts emailed to me). The first agent tried to tell me that two credits were sent but at first couldn't tell me the amounts. Then she told me two amounts that were over the top so I asked for a supervisor. It wasn't made clear if I was connected with a supervisor or another agent, but my problem wasn't resolved so I asked that my account be closed (after being offered $10 Kohls cash instead of my owed refund). Kohls didn't deliver my order and then kept my remaining refund that was $35.00. A lot of money to give to a company that was in the wrong, but a lesson for me to shop somewhere else.
