Worst retailer ever. I bought an arcade for $399 with $80 Kohl's cash back during black friday sale. They cancelled my order for no reason. I check their website again and they still had it in stock but price went up to $699. I called their customer service asking why they cancelled my order, and if they could place a new order at the same price $399. They said "it was cancelled because you placed the order out of the normal hours". I ordered at 1:35pm Pacific time. After unsuccessful attempts to argue with me (of course because their cancellation reason is dumb), they said they dont know why it got cancelled, and that they couldnt place another order with the price $399 for me. Then I asked them to do price matching because Amazon, Wayfair, JCPenney all are still selling for $399. Kohl's website said that they have price matching policy. The agent said no "because we cant do price matching this time of the year". ROFL. I asked him to show me where it is written on Kohl's website that there are blackout periods when the company doesnt do price matching. He couldnt answer me. So I just told him that this is the first time and the last time I d ever order anything from Kohl's again. Lying, making up excuses, treating customers like fools are how Kohl's does business. Continue doing business this way and they are heading for a nosedive Sears. Save yourself a headache and stay away from Kohl's.

Easily the worst shopping website/mobile app. Embarrassing that a company so large can't hire better engineers.

I received my package today. I was happy with the price. The shipping was in a timely manner. Very pleased!

This is the worst store that can exist, I bought an article at a special price and after a month of not sending me the article, they told me that they would refund my money so that I could buy it again at a higher price.

DO NOT EXPECT GREAT THINGS FROM KOHLS!!! I ordered a linen kitchen valance to match my living room curtains as my place is combo kitchen/living room. They were discounted for black Friday, I used my 20% off, and Kohl's cash. To get free shipping, I got a shirt and socks I didn't need. I obviously changed my address with them because I got my statement in the mail here. Yet, they shipped my curtains to PA. 😡 I tried live chat, useless! I called Kohl's. Their response: If they cannot get the order stopped and returned to them during transit, there is not anything they can do. No refund 🤬!!! When I threatened to pay off the card, cancel it, and never shop at Kohl's again, they said they would credit the curtains, but it would take at least one month. Not helpful. Since I got them via the aforementioned discounts, I cannot rebuy them, and I lost my Kohl's cash. I request a refund for the shirt/socks I only ordered to meet the free shipping because they have not shipped yet. Kohl's refuses to give me a refund, saying they can't, until the above order is resolved. Seriously, Kohl's refuses to refund items that never shipped. As usual, the people with whom you are trying to communicate are from another country. I asked to talk to a supervisor, on hold ....... After a period of time, the woman comes back and says, "it will be a 30 minute hold to speak to a supervisor". Sure! Been there, done that before. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER GIVE KOHL'S ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY!

careful when ordering on line after business hours. they changed who the order was going to and there was nothing i could do about it. you have a half hour after you place the order to do anything to alter or cancel it. once you try to find out how to do that the half hour is up. they sent my gift with the wrong name on the package. no idea why they changed the name. called the next morning and they could do nothing about it.

This is one of the worst companies I have had the displeasure of buying from. They hike up their prices and then offer you a coupon to make it look like you are getting a discount. Furthermore, their prices change frequently and although they have a 14-day policy, they do not uphold that policy! I will never buy anything from this company again.
