No Stars!! By far the worse experience as a Kohls store card holder. I was treated so unfairly by this company and I wouldn’t suggest anyone sign up for a kohl’s card

Bruh the returns just wasted me an hour of my life trying to figure out and I still can't get it. "Hassle free returns" my ass. I'm someone who's had experience with tech and websites and no website is as bs as this. I ordered as a guest and now it's forcing me to sign up for rewards and since I ordered as a guest, my recent order is not in my account history. NEVER AGAIN!

Kohl's customer service is non-existent. They asked me if I would like to open a credit line with them, sent me a card and promptly blocked the card because of "uncharacteristic" charges. Extremely difficult people to deal with. Go to Target or Walmart, less aggravation.

They have no verification measure to check emails when you create an account. Anybody can enter anybody else's address...and bam...somebody else have an account on their site with your email address. It happened to me: sombody entered my email address to create a kohls account, for security reasons I went and changed the password so whoever did this could not get access. Getting an account deleted it's near to impossibile, once you're in you won't get out, your email is in their system, you will get promotial spam...the whole 9 yards. Chatting with ther customer support is like bouncing up a wall, they refuse to delete your account, they start asking your for your data, name, telephone number and address, I refused to give them my address and telephone number, I just told them my name but in retrospect I think I shouldn't have. They will just deactivate your account but your email and name is in the system and you will continue to get spam email without consent. I think it's ridiculous that a company do not have systems to validate email, and will refuse to delete accounts.

This is year of 2023 when the society are living in a start of an AI world. Kohl's "IT" system/ management is a joke that operates in the pre-analog, antique, dinasaur world where you can't even register online to pay for your Kohl's credit card. How this company survived through pandenmic (if they have) is beyond me!!! I'll never shop and use the Kohl's credit card EVER AGAIN!

The new Kohls capitol one visa is not recognized as a Kohls card when you try to order. Therefore, no discounts are applied. I tried Kohls help assistant who then referred me to Cap One help number. I spoke with three different people there with no resolution. After searching this on facebook I see there’s been tons of issues with the new visa cards.

I had a balance on my card for months, with “paperless statements” I never received, monthly late charges and interest fees totally over $1000, had difficulty logging onto site and getting statements. Talking to a live person was unhelpful and a total waste of time. I could only view statements for 3 months online. They agreed to mail them to me but would take 2-4 weeks to receive them by mail for information that should be available online and that I should have received a monthly statement for. I plan on canceling the card just as soon as I have the money to pay the balance and verify that the charges are mine and my account hasn’t been hacked. I really loved shopping there. Too bad we have to get a divorce over their poor billing practices. I have been shopping there over 20 years I think. Never again!! Kohls is a total scam.

They had a 15% off coupon on their website and you could earn Kohl's cash. I purchased a small kitchen appliance online. When it arrived the box was all beat up and had been taped multiple times. When I cut the box open I saw that the appliance had a big dent in the top and it was no longer wrapped in it's original plastic. It even still had the old mailing label on it where they had previous mailed it to someone else. When I looked at the address it shipped from it was the same address I was supposed to mail the return to (the returns center). So, lesson learned. If you get a discount, they are going to mail you a returned item. The only good thing was returning it was fast and easy at the store.
