Ordered pants on Kohls.com. I received an email from Kohls saying they shipped. However, the tracking for the package says that a label was created but USPS has not received the package. It is now past the date Kohls promised to have the package to me. I have contacted customer service, but they won't do anything until at least 2 days after the promised delivery date and keep saying that I will still get the package. I ordered this for something specific and I don't even need it now. This has happened to me three times in recent months where a Kohls package says it has shipped but it hasn't. I've been a Kohls customer a long time and their service has gone way down hill. I'm tired of this and don't want to shop with them any more. Edited to add that I first contacted Kohls on 4/1 about this order and they said I needed to give it until 4/2 to show up. Then I contacted them on 4/2 and they said I had to give it until 4/4. I contacted them on 4/4 and now they say I have to give it until 4/6. They claim it shipped on 3/26, but the tracking just shows a label was created and that is as far as it goes.

I placed an order for 4 items on 3/22/24. I received 2 of those items. I have contacted Kohl's via chat regarding the other two items, several times regarding the other two items and was told they would be shipped. As of today, 4/3/24, I have not received these items, I have not had any correspondence from Kohl's and Kohl's have blocked me from signing into my account. The original tracking number on this order does not work.

I visited the Kohl's in McDonough, Georgia. I went to purchase jeans for an upcoming event. The entire Women's jeans area was a disaster. The new jeans were everywhere they shouldn't be. After rummaging through the jeans to find my size, I was able to locate two pairs and proceeded to the dressing room. The dressing room floor had large dust bunnies probably dating back to when the store first opened. Please clean the dressing areas. Thanks.

Jesus, it's been more than 2 weeks and I still not received my package. You said earlier that it only took 1 week

Ordered some boots and they never made it to my house. They were returned to sender by UPS. It took a total of 52 days for my refund. I will never ever do business with this company again. They just want to hold your money on their books as long as possible. Horrible service!!

I ordered birthday dresses for a little girl and had it shipped to Pennsylvania. That went well. I ordered for myself a gown needed for a charity event...changed the shipping address to my address, checked that it was my billing address, and the gown went to Pennsylvania. When I contracted Kohls with that Order #, I was informed they would credit my account with that Order. When I checked my account, they credited it with the birthday dresses, which cost way less than the gown. When I contacted Kohls again, I was informed that they would not refund that Order because the system did not update my shipping address. I questioned why they did for the smaller order, which they could re-charge me for. Totally frustrated!!!!!

DownSIZES! I purchased 2 Sonoma T-shirts (women’s) in my size and compared them at home to my older ones, which fit perfectly. The new ones are over 2” smaller than my old ones. They are going back and I will not buy any more from Kohl’s. They use to be a really great store, the exception to other stores. Not anymore.

I love to shop at Kohls. I shop at Kohls quite often.
