Why write on coupon Kohl's only brands &(other great brands). Your store dictates what (other great brands) your percentage coupons will be used for. I feel printing that on coupon is sooo misleading event to the point of false advertising! Service desk talked about kangaroo marks and go to an app to find out what brands qualify. This coupon is nothing more than a manipulation tool. I'm done being manipulated.

No issues! I like shopping here with my daughter. Usually I get great deals using coupons!

This company can improve by actually giving you Kohl's cash that doesn't expire in a 5 day time line and actually giving me a discount on something other than "Kohl's only" products. I have been shopping here for years but now I am disgusted with the way this store works. Lee jeans is not top of the line so I think I should be able to use at least my Kohl's cash. We'll at least my credit card bill will go down.

I am thrilled with the customer service at Kohls in TR. I asked for help with patio furniture and a rug. I asked a woman, employee, who was moving boxes. She immediately got a flat cart to assist me and another customer to take everything to the register. Then proceeded to assist both of us our merchandise to our cars. The employee is Marta in TR. She is an assist for sure.

I had a Kohl's card for YEARS when I was married then in just my name since 2012. I was NEVER late with payment. I've been sick for 4 months & missed my FIRST payment EVER. You slapped on a $15.00 late fee on a bill for $39.00!! REALLY?! I called & cancelled my card. You lost one of your BEST customers!

If Kohl's reward program is used effectively, one can effectively save a ton of money, especially if they use it on Kohl's clearance items. I bought a Blazer that was $ 45 on clearance and all Kohl's clearance items were 50% off the tagged price, bringing it down to $22.50 and with $20 in Kohl's cash the net cost was $2.50. This was originally $120 and I guess the clearance is due to the color which I like. I've also gotten a $140 top of the line crock pot for half which is $70 and I used Kohl's 40% off coupon knocking the price down to $42 and I used their 20 dollars in Kohl's cash, which is achieved by getting 10 dollars in Kohl's cash for every $50 that is bought and Kohl's gives rewards on the first of the month for using their credit card, so tomorrow I'll have $15 in Kohl's cash to use It's a rather genius way to get the consumer back because the Kohl's cash is always delayed a certain amount of days. Whoever created this program is a mad genius because it does drive business. The Kohl's location I frequent is in Rancho Santa Margarita California, which was recently re-merchandised and it looks really good. The return and exchange area is now downstairs and is easy to access.

I'm about ready to close my credit card with your company anytime I try and read any article I am bombarded with your pop-ups.I can't stand it any longer and if it continues.I probably will have to close my account.Hopefully that will help.
