Do not sign up for a Kohls card and make a purchase if you are Canadian. Huge inconvenience if you try to then make a payment. They don’t take credit cards and their website for payments does not support providing banking details from a Canadian Institution. When I called to inquire how to make a payment, they said I had to mail a cheque!!! It’s 2024 and I don’t even have cheques.

Kohls.com sucks, I made an online purchase at my local store since the pair of boots weren’t in stock as their website had indicated that morning. I had to make it as a guest since I had been locked out of my account while trying to change my password so that’s why I opted for the guest purchase. I got notified by the next day that it had been completed and shipped but now 3 days later I’ve checked the USPS tracking and they haven’t received the package yet. I called their customer service and she stated that she couldn’t track it and advised if I haven’t received it within 7 days to call back. She was worthless and I understand why Kohls is having to close many of their stores, with this lack of customer support if they go out of business no one will ever miss them!

Horrible Customer Service My name is Danielle Lucisano. I went to the Hamden Store to return items from an online order. I was told that is alright that I did not have tags on the merchandise and I just bring to the store and return it. When I got to the store, the customer service was having difficultly matching the skus with product. They called customer service and they said that they can’t help because the system was down. The manager told associate to call back and see if they could resolve the issue. Associate called them and I spoke the customer service person and they said that they processed the return but were not able to credit my account and I had to call my bank. I called my bank and I had to make a claim against the transaction. I figured that I would call kohls customer service back and see if they would resolve it for me. They did not and told that I had to go back to the store and get a receipt. I explained to them that I gave the merchandise back to the store and can’t get a receipt. So once I got of the phone with them, I called the Hamden store and told them what kohls customer service said to me and the manager told me that he has heard of that and it ridiculous. So I have made a formal complaint with Kohls and I am just looking to get my money back which is around 190.00 bucks. I just so frustrated now and don’t feel comfortable ordering from kohls.con anymore

Confirming with others Kohl's coupons or cash rewards program is horrible. There is no incentive for me to ever purchase anything through Kohl's. Go ahead and close that is where you are headed. Guess I'll have to become an Amazon customer now,ugh!

Terrible return policy with PAPER RETURN FORM! For those of us who don’t own a printer it’s a big barrier. You have to pay for return shipping! I will NEVER BUY FROM KOHLS AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW !

Really poor customer service - many of the agents have no clue on fixing their mistakes and worse than that-they force customers to do all the homework

I wasn’t feeling my best so I didn’t look my usual self. I was judged the minute I went to pick up my online order. I had called for days making sure I was given the time I needed to pick up. Not only did I go through continuously showing my email to PROVE it was me I then was informed my order wasn’t there. All that time feeling horrible to hear well sorry here’s a 19.00 store credit 30 something will be in ur acct. never received it and never received my order. I was embarrassed to say the least. I had to go to the back of the store then to pick up my earring. Asked the kind lady if she needed my email. No just ur phone number. So what happened at the first pick up line. I am a shopper. I expect to be treated with respect and have the outcome to my satisfaction no matter how I look. I was sick. Tired and ran out so I didn’t lose my order. Never before but I see there’s always a first time

This place is the worst, I've had a Kohl's card for years, but I never use it, being that you have so much to go through to pay the bill. Half of the time I can't get into the account then, dealing with customer service is worst they are horrible. We "somehow" got disconnected, and she didn't call back to check if everything was ok, then they had the nerve to send a survey, I promptly did it and it wouldn't even submit, the worst.
