Borderline/fraud with their false advertising of coupons..when you get up to the register ..suddenly the coupon doesn’t apply to the product even though you read through the terms completely and there was no mention of your brand being excluded. Won’t be coming back. Done with the nonsense

Outrageously high prices for items of the same brands that can be purchased on Amazon for much cheaper.$36 for ordinary men's pajama bottoms and $45 for ordinary sweat pants!!! Really? I won't be going back to Kohls. They wanted $120 for Nike's sneakers, the same pair of which I purchased on Amazon for $60. Don't waste your money here.

Buyer Beware. They are marking up Temu items way way above cost. This is how they are marketing 70% off. Total scam. Walmart has been doing this for a while. Do not buy from Kohls. Go buy it from China directly (Temu) and get over 200% off. Kohls is a joke already. Get ready for Bankruptcy. Then I write an unpleasant review and they refuse to publish it. Guess what? I do not have to report through you to report about you. I am happy to show the junk I received from them. They sold for 12.99. Same thing at Temu for less than $4. Get it together Kohls. OMG who is Kohl's hiring for their website manager? This is the most confusing and convoluted retail site I've ever used. First why to I have to set up a different online account to manage my credit card. Then the stupid site tried to verify I wasn't a bot and got it wrong. This whole process of setting up my account and making it paperless bill took me almost an hour. I don't know how non computer literate people manage.

Do not do shopping at Kohls. I placed an order and the order was missing an item. They sent out the wrong replacement items and told me they can't send out the correct item. They have one time to process. I am out the item and the $.

The CO's that run the store r going to cause that company to go out of business! I have been a member for 16 years. I use to go there like clock work to buy cloths for ma and family. I haven't gone in years here is why, example $70.00 for a pair of 501 levis is Not a Good Deal! Your out of ur mind!!

What is going on with your Website? It has been causing me a good deal of anxiety! I've been trying to make purchases for the past several weeks and it's just one issue after another. Kohl’s online store is terrible I ordered some men’s dress shoes the delivery date supposed to be by the 17 of May it’s now May 13th and the order is still in fulfillment and I can’t cancel it because once your order is placed it’s basically completed at the point and they don’t care about helping you anymore so you have to wait till the order is completed I despise this store
