Very disappointed. I used a Khol's gift card on my purchase and ended up retuning the item. I asked the customer service representative if I should receive a merch card or how do I get my money back and she replied all the money would be placed back on the gift card. I didn’t think anything of it and a month later when I went to use the gift card there was no money on the gift card. I spoke with the manager about the situation and he told me there was nothing he could do. I told him that was an unacceptable answering how my money had been taken he proceeded to tell me he didn’t believe me. I I’ve been a loyal customer to this company for over 20 years and was very disappointed in the service I received. The company did nothing to look into the situation And said that they wouldn’t.

I'm not sure what happened with kohls? But now you are limited on what you can use your discount on! I guess they don't care about losing business! I've limited what I buy there alot cause of that.

Kohl’s employees in the Caribbean giving out sex numbers to try to get credit card mistakes addressed. Also asking for sensitive information. Nice job corporate. You really outdone yourself in the fraud department.

Kohl's needs to find a dependable carrier to deliver packages. USPS is not cutting it!!! I ordered merchandise on 03/30 and it was supposed to arrive 04/06. It is 04/11 and my package is in limbo from Kansas City, KS to my house. It hit USPS in Kansas City on the 7th. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday it says "In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late". It is 6:09 p.m. on Thursday and there is no update for today. USPS is raising their rates, but can't deliver a package on time! Seriously, go back to UPS delivery. At least I got my merchandise in a timely manner.

Kohls is the worst, they ship by horse and buggy. Will never use kohls online again. You’d get your clothes quicker if you made them yourselves. Would leave no stars if possible.

Item arrived in protected condition. Read manual and followed instructions. Pressure cooker setup was straightforward and easy to follow. Prepared my meal in perfect manner. Great cookware.

Customer service is terrible!! You order something and when you go to return and want to exchange for something that costs more( because went to 2 stores could not find item) they refunded and items I bought cost more than returns yanked the Kohls cash back and all together spent way over 50, then to top it off customer service says, now you have to go wait in a line for 15 minutes to repurchase the items they will not ring, a total waste of my time 🤨and the cherry on top wanted send e mail and he said no I can help in chat wasted another 15 minutes making me say every detail and then said you will need to send an e mail, I am so irritated.

I ordered 2 pairs of Sonoma supersoft skinny jeans with the intent of wearing them to work. I've ordered these jeans many times before without issue. When I got the jeans today, they had prefab rips in them! The pictures didn't show any rips, and I obviously cannot wear them to work. These 2 pairs are going right back. So very disappointed in Kohls. I will be cancelling my Kohls card and never going back.
