I have boycott you for your constant woke support and interracial commercials of white and black couples together as family. Your commercials are geared toward gaing black customers. However remember your profits come from majority of other than black customers. So I have been campaigning to strangers and alike to boycott your company and your radical views. I will never spend a penny at you stores or affiliations. Change or perrish and lose money.

I had 3 items in my cart total price 33 dollars. which included 8.95 for shipping ( which is not right since they advertise free store pickup ). when i tried to complete paying it wouldn't let me enter all of my debit card info. so i waited a few minutes tried again than the price on the clearance items in my cart had doubled. what a rip. won't order from them again

I have placed my last online order for free delivery when I have to wait 10 days for a delivery I can find plenty of places to order from and get it much faster. It’s not the first time it’s happened, but it will be the last

I was charged for 2 day shipping, although my order was over $49 and should’ve been free shipping. I contacted customer service and the rep (Felicia) and rep supervisor (Sammy S) did not show any empathy at all! And on top of this, the two day window has expired, still no order. I didn’t even receive any tracking information. I’m planning to return the order as soon as it’s delivered and then proceed to closing my account. I will never shop here again.

I am so deeply disturbed in the way the Collins Rd store manager, Chris, treated one of his new (re)hires. She was hired with absolutely no discussion about scheduling on either side. As she starts her shift she is asked for her availability. After saying she is available every except the next 2 Saturdays, he states (in front of the entire morning staff, many of whom she is friends with) "you can just leave then". Said she was hired for weekends only but no one ever told her this. There was no discussion about trying to work around prior commitments or options. This is beyond unprofessional. This is a conversation to have off the floor, away from the other employees. Also the hostility and rudeness in how this was communicated is unacceptable. If you are hiring an employee with conditions that's fine but COMMUNICATE THEM! And be professional. I will never do business with Kohl's and will let everyone I know exactly how they treat their (returning) employee.

I wish I could give it a zero I ordered my granddaughter a pair of sandals for 29.99 They did not fit. It cost me $14 to ship them back. They offer me $10 cash for the shipping and then when I receive the refund. They only refunded me $19.99, so actually I paid $24 to ship a 29.99 item back Biggest scam store in the world they should be ashamed of their self

I ordered a pair of Newton Ridge II boots from your website. Based on the instructions for measuring my foot. (I. e. 10.5") the chart said to order size 9.5. The boots they are way too small. You site states returns are HASSLE FREE. NOT EVEN CLOSE! I downloaded the return form and had to access several emails about my order and tracking information to be able to complete the form. Due to the error of your size chart. I HAVE TO drive 10 miles to the post office and PAY to return the boots. I was going to order a larger size from you then realized that if they don't fit. I will experience these hassles again. I will order a pair from some other vendor. Had you just emailed me a copy of a UPS return label I would have ordered the larger size boot from you. I will not order anything from Khol's again. Due to my experience with their return process. Also, once they received a return it takes up to 14 days to post credit.
