Horrendous company to deal with. Have not received my order which was placed on 1st February. Delivery date given as 22nd February! Keep getting mugged off by email. Customer service awful. Thankfully I hadn't spent loads but that's not really the point. DO NOT order from this website. Complete scam

Just had PayPal refuse my claim as this scam company told them the parcel was tracked. I got a parcel with nothing in it! So that’s £25 down. I wished I had read these reviews before buying

The jewellry I ordered was nothing like the image/description on arrival (which took four weeks). I got in touch to request a refund and was offered 10% which I declined and requested a full return/refund as per their own policy. I am now not getting any response so will be looking to file a chargeback, this company is a scam.

As others have said, this is a real scam and I'm only too relieved that I didn't spend too much money. I've been in touch with them three times now, once told it was on the way, second time it was still on the way even though by then the given delivery date was nearly two weeks in the past. I contacted them again yesterday only to be told they'd tried to deliver it and suggested I contacted the Post Office. As it's a small amount there's no point in contacting my credit card company as I believe it has to be over £100 for them to take any action and mine wasn't even half that. It's a big lesson to look at reviews before using a company that I've not used before. I doubt that any Consumer people would be able to take action as it's a Chinese company. If I'd realised that I wouldn't have sent an order. Lesson learned.

I bought a ring and it arrived weeks after ordering it. It was tacky to be honest. The stone was damaged in 2 places, it looked awful. After so many emails they emailed back saying I had to pay for it to be sent back and pay for it to be recorded delivery so it does not get lost. They said i would only get a part refund. Also if I kept the tacky broken ring they would refund me £2.50. I am fuming, these need to be shut down. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE ITS A SCAM

Scam company. States clearly on the website that you have an 8 hour window to cancel, I emailed to cancel after 15 minutes and they emailed back 2 days later saying my cancel request was outside of the 8 hour window and they had already processed my order and that they will tell me how to return my order, with a 10% refund offered after i have sent the product back. I have screenshots to prove my email was sent within 15 minutes of ordering. I have requested a refund via my bank, which has been accepted.
