Honestly DO NOT buy from this company. They advertised a pair of earrings for £112 reduced to £28 and make you believe that they are good quality. So I bought them. And when I received them I was absolutely shocked by the awful poor quality of it. I was so upset to be scammed like that. It looked cheap, tacky, extremely light weight and definitely not worth that much money. I asked them for a refund and they offered me 10%off and I asked for 50% off and I was still very generous. Then they offered 20% off. Anyway I informed my bank about my experience and I filled a form to deal with them legally. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought from them as the rate is very low. NEVER AGAIN!

Only reason for 1 star is i cant go any lower. First had to wait weeks for 1 oair of earings! Then when I received something coated in spray paint. Within 2 days of wearing, they turned my daughter's ears black. Said it was gold but clearly not. Scum at its lowest. DO NOT BUY

This company is not genuine. The plastic ring that was described as 'silver' had a broken stone which had fallen out of the setting. I have tried to contact Koala Jewels to get a refund but the email gets sent back to me. What a con.

I've waited over a month for my product and I've still not received it. I'm never using this company again, no wonder they're going into administration

Within 1 hour of wearing this it turned my finger black. Said it was silver but clearly not. I've messaged them over 20 times to be told they are looking into this. But no response valid. Scum at its lowest. DO NOT BUY

So disappointing!!! I wouldn’t go near this company again! In my experience, everything looked great online but what arrived was very different. Unfortunately I ordered quite a few things as gifts. They sent me my items - some were okay but others were cheap and nasty, gold instead of silver, a couple were flawed and one item ordered was replaced by a totally different item I didn’t even order. Quite a process at the post office to return to China, after weighing all items at home and completing a form. Return of goods cost me £14, only to get my package returned to me from China over a month later! Chinese writing on it so I know it reached China. Very frustrating and disappointing! I have contacted the company on several occasions since and received a standard email back each time. I think they sent me a fake address but will never know! Over £130 down the drain (including postage). I will Keep trying though

Horrible. Product was not the same as what I ordered- it was a cheap awful fake knock off, which broke immediately. It took weeks to come, not that it matters given the product is unusable. The offer for my request to return was to give me 10% refund. On a product that was not what I ordered. I am posting here as when I asked to send it back they have given me a warehouse address in china. I am reporting to action fraud - this company is fake. Do not buy from them.

I really wish I had checked Trustpilot before buying from this company. It is a complete scam. Necklace is a completely different colour from website and took a month to arrive. Awful responses from company, goodness knows where they are based. Buyer Beware!
