If there was a lower rating, I would give it. I ordered four items, two of which were due to be presents. Only one item has arrived some six weeks after the order and it looks like something from a Christmas cracker. Frankly bordering on fraudulent. Customer service send automated replies and don't respond to any details. Avoid at all costs and save your money.

If I could rate them lower I would. I ordered a pair of earrings back in January. A month later I was still waiting for them to be delivered - the tracking service just said they were on their way. I contacted customer services to say that if they could not deliver within 7 days I wanted a refund. Miraculously a parcel arrived a day or two later. However they were not the earrings I ordered. I sent a photo of the wrong pair together with the pair I had ordered to customer services and asked them to arrange a return and a refund. They replied asking me for a photo of the items!! I pointed them to my previous email. Their reply said I would have to pay for the postage to return the item. I said this was unreasonable as the error was theirs and the return address they gave me was in China. They had offered me a partial refund if I kept the wrong earrings. I decided it was not worth the hassle to send the earrings all the way back to China so agreed to this and asked them to confirm they would send me a refund. The next email I got was just a copy and paste of their previous email. The saga continues....... I would recommend NOT buying anything from this company.

Feeling grateful I only spent £7 on some “925 silver’ earrings which are very definitely not silver. They might have still been worth £7 had one of them not snapped in two on the first attempt to wear them today. How are they still allowed to be trading?? 😡

Impossible to return! Koalabrand provides no information about returns, and emails requesting return details bounce back as empty replies. The glitter used to advertise jewelry portrays high quality items, which is not reflected in the products. There is a long wait for disappointing items with cursory attention to customer service. Won't waste my money a 2nd time.

I also had my appeal cancelled I brought a pair of earrings the posts were bent one of butterfly's were broken in too looked like someone had stood on them paypal wanted more information about these earrings but what can you say about earrings so paypal said no money back £24.00;down the drain not happy

After waiting for a month for a toe ring to arrive I got it and it's for gorillas toes is huge I m trying to return it as it was super expensive for what it is but no luck Terrible service terrible experience never again Beware
