KoalajewelsbrandReviews of koalajewelsbrand.com

The order arrived within the time quoted. The ring was weighty and looks like a quality item, and, its exactly like the picture. Fit is spot on

Lovely 925 ring. Good size fits my little finger up to my knuckle. Fully adjustable but I haven't had to readjust the ring. The adjustable part meets in the middle so no gapping . Highly recommend this seller and will be back. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I requested to return a pair of earrings that I wasn’t happy with and the communication from Koala Jewellery was 2nd to none. They were polite, friendly and very efficient and resolved my concerns very quickly. Great company to deal with.

Thank you Koala 🐨 I asked for a refund and you were very prompt kept in touch and you refunded me Thankyou 😁

Read all these reviews & realised I was ill advised to waste £50 on junk !! Cancelled Money refunded into bank account …NO PROBLEM! Feel I jumped to wrong conclusion! On the other hand I always find Trust Pilot reviews useful & reliable . Maybe Koala have turned over a new leaf ..I had several e mails from them explaining what/when they were doing. Today ..checked my bank statement …Refund there. Thank you Koala

I received a ring I ordered today and am delighted with it. Well made, good quality and inexpensive jewellery. I also have a pair of earrings from them equally as good, I can wear them day and night and have no problems.

I read the reviews after I had purchased the 2 rings I ordered. I was a bit worried that they wouldn't be any good. I was so please with them and delivery was quite fast. Will order again

I've bought many many pieces from this site and all have been absolutely beautiful and well made. They are definitely worth the money. Recommend 100%
