Beautiful ring but not a UK company, so beware
Got a beautiful owl ring that was advertised on Facebook as a "closing down sale" (but this seems to be a never-ending closing-down sale). I should have researched the company as I had the impression it was UK based, but it is not, and there was no indication of expected delivery time. The tracking order given was not working until the item reached the UK few days after order, which prompted me to contact them. They did respond fairly promptly that "item is on the way to your country and the tracking will work once it is in your country", which was when the penny dropped that it was not the UK. The ring itself is actually very good, solid and strikingly beautiful like on the marketing photo. I would buy another one but cannot be bothered with the hassle of waiting for 2 weeks in uncertainty about tracking/delivery. Also, the ring arrived in a plastic bag so will need to buy a separate box for it to look like a gift.
