My husband bought me some earrings and a necklace and a bracelet from this company it took over a month to get to me and it states on the website they are all silver 929 but there are no stamps on them and the earrings have infected my ears as its cheap metal not as stated , plus when trying to contact them the only phone number I came across was a Spanish phone number not associated with the business as I spoke to the person and they didn't have a clue what I was on about , also on the website it says its British but its not as on the website in the terms and conditions it's got a American address, but the items came from China and the only way to actually contact the company is through a email address. The jewellery is cheap costume jewellery that I could buy from the market for a few pounds, this business is a big scam avoid at all costs

The earrings I ordered arrived today (vintage hoops) and, disappointingly, bear very little resemblance to those shown on the website, different colour and overly embellished pattern which makes them look cheap. Other folk seem to have had a similar experience. It’s also very difficult to fasten the earrings at the back. I wouldn’t recommend Koala to anyone at all.

I ordered a ring on 29/01/26, received an email with an order number, no sign of a delivery or any contact from the company. I have raised an issue with PayPal as I believe this is a scam company. Why have I not received my ring (now 3 weeks?! Order no #9068

Please DO NOT buy from this company. The earrings are cheap and nasty. One set of earrings totally different from those ordered. I was told to send them back to China registered post at my own expense and they would refund the purchase price or keep the cheap tat and accept 10% refund!! Absolute scammers selling cheap mass produced rubbish grossly overpriced. Looks like play jewellery worth at most £5. They should not be allowed trade.

Do not use this company they are scammers items don’t arrive and they constantly fob you off asking you to be patient

My mum had asked me to order her a ring from the site, which came and she was pleased with, so she chose another. Just be aware that the second item went missing in the post and I wasn’t refunded. On checking the delivery on the first ring - delivered by Evri, the supplier is marked as Ali Express - so cheap and mass produced. Don’t let the “reduced” prices fool you.

Very bad I don’t know how many times I have to e-mail the stupid lady. I have asked to return address and she sent me an address in China and she wants me to send it by tracking which is impossible she wants me to return the ring and she will keep the money so why should i return there is no guarantee she will refund the money. So I am warning the public please don’t buy anything from this place koalajewellsbrand.com because they are a fraud taking money and not refunding the money back. The company have vanished so this person is buying from China and she’s selling it online using the above e-mail. do not buy anything from this person that’s the e-mail.

I wouldn’t recommend this company at all ! Just grateful the ring I bought was only £25 and not the alleged £100 ! The ring is more like costume jewellery .. if that ! The alleged onyx large central stone feels more like plastic than the alleged semi precious stone and the ring construction is more like it has been stamped out of metal than ‘hand crafted’! Did email the Customer Services team to complain and yet have never heard back .. and yet keep getting promotion emails ! PS!!!! ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE OBVIOUSLY FAKE! The names and way they are written hilarious !!!!
