Do not use this company. It’s a scam. The jewellery I’ve been sent is not what I ordered at all. It’s first of all rubbish I would not wear and is not what I ordered.

The earrings I received were absolute rubbish! Two bits of perspex with holes in, and the hooks and loops weren't even attached but just left for me to add. Whoever heard of 'flat pack' earrings?! And they took ages to arrive. I am not usually an online shopper and this experience confirms why I prefer to see and feel what I'm buying before I commit my hard earned cash. A disgrace - avoid

I never received the items I purchased. However, they have a yodel tracking that shows it was delivered. Probably to another dimension? When I asked koala about not receiving my order, they were not empathetic, and they cared nothing about chasing this up. Lousy quality - vaguely resemble online photos but it was a damn good photographer that took them 🙄 Have returned them at my expense…to China (following several emails being offered a partial refund and I could keep the goods - how is that a solution?!). Now I have to wait to see if a refund materialises. Would not recommend.

If I could give them no stars i would have. Firstly -the order took forever to arrive. It was shoddily packaged which was the first indication of what to expect. The rings were rubbish, not as stated in the descriptions, unidentifiable metals and definitely not crystals for eyes!! Am very angry for having been duped by this fraudulent company with no recourse to recover my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY anything It is sheer tat and vastly overpriced. Like all other reviewers I feel bitterly disappointed in the customer service provided AND the shoddy quality of the goods. If I could find a way to take down this fraudulent site I would. Their tracking service is a joke. The jewellery is nothing like what photographed DONT deal with these people……

I made an order in May 25 for One set of earrings and two different rings one of them having three rings as a set & the other was a single ring . All that came was a pair of earrings NOTHING ELSE. I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS TO NO AVAIL I THEN ASKED FOR A REFUND, THEY AGREED TO SORT IT BUT NEVER DID.INSTEAD THEY HAVE SENT ME RINGS THAT ARE NOTHING LIKE MY ORIGINAL ORDER. I AM ABSOLUTELY PEED OFF WITH THIS COMPANY AND I WISH THAT I HAD NEVER CLAPPED EYES ON THEM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
