They have refused to refund my money after I sent them back their items. Customer satisfaction is not a priority but stealing from their customers and never getting back to you. The quality of the products sent to me was shocking and very cheap for the amount they were charging Shein could do better quality than this lot. Absolute fraud stars.

Shocking items received nothing like as described how I fell for it I don't know... The items on line looked so good I bought x2 1 for me and 1 for a friend I can't tell you how disappointed I am!

I too wish I had read the reviews! The item they sent me was broken, I sent them a photo as proof but they do not care! I was offered a 10% refund if I kept it, ( what use is that, it’s broken)the other option is to return it and get a full refund, however I have to pay for postage and it would take 3 months apparently to get money back etc. I explained that I had paid postage when this broken bracelet was sent to me, so surely that should be taken into account. This company has no scruples, their jewellery is substandard and the order takes forever to arrive. Unfortunately I put a second order in before I realised what this company was like, it has not arrived yet, will probably have the same issues! I strongly advise against using this company.

I purchased a pair of retro style earrings and got a cheap shiny pair of earrings in bubble wrap that had the earrings back to front. I’ve paid £25 for four shiny metal circles.

How I wished I had read the reviews before I ordered 2 rings from this lot. The photos on their website looked amazing but in reality the “gold” is just painted on, the quality is non existent. It is utter tat and do not waste your money. On the package it says that any items should be returned to the warehouse which is in the UK. I returned said items to this address by recoded delivery and informed Koala I had done so. The following day I had an email saying any returns should be sent to China!!!! This is a total scam do NOT buy anything from them. I will not be able to get a refund now. They are preying on decent people believing they are getting quality items. I cannot express enough to NOT buy anything from this vile site.

Please do not buy from this company. They are fraudulent. You can never get a refund. They claim to be UK based when in fact they ship from China. They are registered in the UK on companies house but I suspect they will soon register as a different scam company.
