KlaviyoReviews of klaviyo.com

After spent 6 hours of API setup with custom project. I was logged out and saying this account is inactive. Totally mess......

I’ve lost revenue and wasted hours dealing with broken automations, confusing dashboards, and slow support. Definitely frustrating.

Klaviyo support is next level! I always get put in contact with the most skilled, understanding and patient product experts. Most recently, Luan was extremely helpful and went out of their way to find a solution to my challenge. Thank you again!

Klaviyo Zero customer service, after purchase. I have emailed the success-klaviyo.com email 14 times now with the intention of increasing my usage. HOWEVER, all I get is the same spam reply, log into your account and click ?. Tried sending to all the email addresses sending the same email "I can't access my account". 5 days later I stopped the payment, through my bank. Now I get emails asking what is the problem?, how can we help? There are plenty of great products out there, Klaviyo is DEFINITELY not one of them.

Un support incroyablement nul. Résilier l'abonnement ? Une mission proche de l'impossible. Récupérer des factures , Mission impossible, 2 mois que je bataille pour récupérer deux factures. Service à fuir

✓ Great onboarding experience with the experienced Marius - who was thoughtful and helpful in his responses ✓ Wealth of support documentation ✓ Wealth of best practice guides ✓ Feature-rich platform for omnichannel marketing ✓ First-class integration with Shopify You have to show up prepared to do the work. Nothing is turnkey. But this platform is best-in-class.

We have barely used Klaviyo for email sending over the past few months, yet our monthly bill suddenly jumped from $150 to $250. The only reason for this increase is thousands of fake profiles that were automatically created via the Shopify integration – not real customers, not real activity. When I contacted Klaviyo support, they confirmed the profiles came from Shopify and admitted they couldn’t prevent them. However, they completely refused to issue any refund or adjustment, hiding behind their refund policy. It’s absolutely unacceptable to be charged for fake bot profiles that have no value whatsoever, especially when our actual usage of the platform is close to zero. The way this was handled left me with no other choice but to cancel our account entirely.
