I paid MF Capital a large sum for their “credit utilization” service. The agreement stated I’d receive funds within 7–14 business days. It’s now been months, and I’ve received only a small partial amount. When I kept asking for updates, they repeatedly told me “the payment processor is holding funds” and later advised me that they could not help and to dispute the charge with my bank instead of issuing a refund themselves.
