The template editor text box is extremely slow - almost disfunctional due to the auto-saving function. It can take hours to edit a template. And it constantly warns The page is not responding ....

Shockingly bad. Easily one of the most incompetent and frustrating companies I have dealt with. Klaviyo allows thousands of duplicate customer profiles to be created because it prioritises external IDs over email addresses, then offers no practical way to merge them at scale. Their solution is to expect customers to understand, build and run API calls themselves just to fix a problem caused by Klaviyo’s own system design. Customer support is completely out of their depth. They simply repeat documentation, provide no real assistance, and show little understanding of the impact this has on live businesses. For a platform positioned as enterprise level marketing software, this is unacceptable. If you are running a real business and value data integrity, be very cautious.

Since the day when Klaviyo was rising their prices extremely high I decided to cancel it. Now after almost 2 years I activated it suppressed almost all emails I they force me to pay at least $720 monthly. Thats nonsense - Klaviyo will pay for it the hard way.

Decent email service, has everything you need to set up campaigns. AI feature is buggy.

This JUNK software clobbered my WhatsApp app, and then told me I had to contact Meta to solve the problem. The Klaviyo support person was not just clueless, they were down right rude. I would never recommend this software.

Shocking. Absolutely shocking. My account was suspended out of the blue, with no warning, no explanation, and no support. I’ve spent hours crafting newsletters, building campaigns, and hundreds of pounds on social ads to grow my audience... and Klaviyo just nuked it all in a second. I’ve done nothing wrong. No spam, no violations, no shady behaviour. My campaigns were entirely legitimate, yet my account, and my business communication, was halted instantly. Customer service has been near nonexistent. Automated messages, no timelines, no clarity. The entire experience is infuriating and unprofessional. If you run a business and value your time, your work, and your customers, do not trust Klaviyo. One day they’ll just delete everything you’ve built without reason, and there’s nothing you can do about it. One star is far too generous for this.

Outdated software that is going to get buried by newer tools. Just use shopify email marketing. Terrible UI, lost 60 emails that should have gone out to new paying customers. I wouldnt use it even if they paid me.
