Great email service provider, my recent agency onboarded me with them after moving me from mailchimp

Had some issues relating to billing but these were resolved by Tom in support. Overall it's a good service - our only gripe with Klaviyo and the reason for not being 5 stars is it is way too expensive so we have to constantly adjust and reduce our subscriber levels so we can actually afford the service and therefore do not see full benefit.

After a month of interaction, I can report mixed experiences. While some of my emails went unanswered initially, the staff eventually addressed the issues and issued a refund. Overall, their proposition is great. When actions are taken and issues are explained, they are effectively resolved.

The timelines were not as fast as other times that I have contacted support but it is still true that in this case it was more of a technical problem (within our team primarily rather than a klaviyo problem). Internal problem solved with my own insight based on guidance sent by Klaviyo support that is why I gave 4 stars.

I love this platform and great for e-comm email marketing. So much can be done within this single platform: email marketing, pop-ups etc. I couldn't give 5 star, because there are some limitations while building the pop-ups and I see some glitches time to time. If they fix these it'll be the best platform out there.

The tools Klaviyo provides have been exactly what my agency is looking for when it comes to building out automations and sales funnels. Enjoying using a platform that easily allows me to integrate email with sms. I do wish there was a landing page builder that was integrated into Klaviyo Unlike some of the other reviewers, customer service has been pretty responsive with me so far.

Great with Shopify. Helped a lot for my Shopify Dropshipping business. If you are a Shopify store owner, try Klaviyo. They also have lots of interaction with other apps that I use. Just Perfect!
