KlaviyoReviews of klaviyo.com

Klaviyo is the easiest email system I’ve ever used and yet I’ve been able to use it to build complex automated email flows that handle all my CRM, marketing and transactional emails. The data segmentation is excellent, very granular. There are cheaper solutions out there but nothing beats the functionality and ease of use in my opinion. Plus the team at klaviyo seem to genuinely care about your success.

This is my second experience of migrating to Klaviyo, having gone through the process with a previous company a few years back. Alex from the onboarding team provided a very detailed plan of action right from the start and guided us through the process swiftly. With new features to use since the last time (E.G SMS), he was able to set us up and answer any questions we had. Our weekly calls were really useful to keep us on track and go over company specific strategies we could deploy. The online chat service is also fantastic. I used this several times over the past few months and the team were quick to response, even on some very detailed issues. We have just completed the migration phase and will now begin the real start of our journey to grow our business.

Excellent experience with Klaviyo. The onboarding team have been extremely helpful and helped our business transfer from another email provider to Klaviyo with ease. Found all the team to be very friendly and knowledgeable at Klaviyo, always there to assist us with any issues we may have had and ensure a streamlined setup. Would recommend!

So far this has not been a good experience, onboarding and our contact have been very poor. Last week as a business we spent nearly 15hrs either on livechat or trying to contact someone which was an absolute waste of time and advise given was not adequate. Just Fabrics

I've been using Klaviyo since 2019 and their support team never fails to amaze me with their expertise and quick response time. I just send them an email through Klaviyo and in less than 24 hours I get my answer. I've asked them very complicated/out-of-this-world questions from clients and they always give me the best solution. They even attach loom videos with detailed explanations. Thank you so much for everything you do, Klaviyo Team!

An expensive service. when i try to cancel the links do not work - beware before you sign up.

Have used klaviyo for 1 year with no issues, great app! But their support is horrible. Something with our dedicated domain got messed up 10 days ago, I immediately created a ticket, and haven't received a response in the last 5 days. They don't come with a resolution and just send their regular helpdesk documents. We are losing revenue everyday and our flows are completely broken. Please provide a solution ASAP.

I have used Klaviyo since 2018 to help my clients scale their e-commerce business through email marketing. It also provides us with the information we need to ensure that we're making decisions based on data. Klaviyo listens to its users and makes it a priority to make it easier for them. I've seen all the changes that took place over the years. It's always for the benefit of its users to help them scale their business. The good thing about it is its support team is always a call away. Whenever I encounter challenges on my client's accounts, they're always ready to give a helping hand. Thank you, Klaviyo. You deserve more than 5 stars.
