Hi Kate, Were you able to get this replaced or get a refund? Our policy has now changed to a 90-day warranty to help with those experiencing light defectiveness after 2-3 months. We also have a new version of our lamp which is much more reliable. Please let us know what we can do here to reprimand this situation. Hi CW, Are you able to give me your order # so I can properply address this situation? Why weren't we able to help? Why didn't we send a replacement with express shipping? Our customer service averages a response time of less than 48 hours - so why do you feel that it wasn't great? Hi There, Our customer service replies within 24-48 hours for all customers. Can you let me know your order #? We can go ahead and process this refund for you. Our 30-day policy is there for any customers that want to return the item before that time. Upon purchase - you are agreeing to that policy. Hi Kevin, Looking at our system it says you ordered the Luminous Elegance lamp on the 4th of December and received it on the 13th of December. It was delivered to your front porch as shown on the tracking page of the courier service we used. Our 30-day guarantee is exactly that, a guarantee for a full money's refund if you would like to do so within the 30 day period.
