Etlu, We are sorry to hear about your experience with the cheaper company. We often get told our products are too high priced. We price our goods in relation to the quality we offer. We are always out trying to improve our lights, so i'm glad you were able to experience both ends of the stick. It provides a candid overview of each product experience (cheaper and our more expensive alternative) Best, Klarako Customer Support

Hey Mason, Thank you for being so patient with us. Shipping to 18+ different countries with high quality (fragile) lights is no easy task! Again - we thank you for your candid review outlining the good and the bad. Customers should see both sides and we should also know what we've done wrong so we can better improve our services Best, Klarako Customer Support

Hi Elijah, Apologies for the slow response. Our current average response rate is around the 32 hour mark. We're working to fix that as we just hired some more customer services reps :) Best, Klarako Customer Support

Hi Bonnie, We have sent you an email but haven't heard back yet - we'd love to offer a replacement for this lamp at no additional fee. We have a new version of the lamp with almost twice the battery life. Otherwise, we can refund you the amount. But we certainly don't want to leave this as it is. Please let us know by email our support team and we can move on this quickly. Overall, we apologize for all this inconvenience we've caused. Best, Klarako Customer Support
