KlarakoReviews of klarako.com

Bought 3 crystal lamps from a Facebook ad. Customer service messaged me letting me know there would be a slight delay due to my location. Ended up taking longer then I expected but the fact that notified me and were helpful with the process is why I give 5 stars. Plus, the lights are absolutely gorgeous!

First time purchasing from Klarako and delivery was efficient but they did not fulfill the request I had for the lamp. I'm still happy with it but would've loved it to come in the design I recommended.

Second time buying from Klarako. Happy with their service and communication.

Great customer service that helped with all of my questions and concerns. Light came packaged nicely with a beautiful note.

Had a crystal lantern not work after 5 months which is past the 90 day warranty but they still replaced it. Not sure how often they do but because they did it, I took the liberty of writing this review. Thank You for the kindness, Klarao

I bought 10 different lights for Christmas from Klarako and had the expeirence of receiving them all in a timely manner. Gifting them to my nieces and nephews who love their interior decor was a great joy to watch. They all adore their new lights!

Customer service gave me a new lamp that arrived in a week because of their 90-day warranty. Their lights are good, and their trust is solid with their warranty. I think this is a good business and I would buy again.
