I own a restaurant in Singapore and klarko's lamps are always used for our night time dining. Never had an issue with charging, the light quality, and the battery duration. Would highly recommend.

I give brutal reviews but I see no chinks in the armor of Klarko. Well-designed lights & customer experience. The only hiccups was an issue at customs that was quickly resolved P.S. supply your phone number at purchase!

Thoughtuflly designed, securely pacakaged. Responsive customer service care. My 4-year old damaged my light and they sent a replacement. Lovely family working behind the scenes

Brought 10 wireless bottle lamps and all arrived in perfect condition. 1 weed shipping time. One busted and they gave me a replacement as it was in the 90 day window. Great company, can't complain

There was a deal to get 2 of the "RENŌ Colorful Standing Floor RGB Lamps" with the second one being 50% off. Fulfillment was very slow. It took a lot of chasing and a couple of days short of a month to receive the items. The package was very beat up and a number of the tiny M3 set screws required to assemble the items were missing. Luckily I was able to find some at my local hardware store. The lamps themselves required assembly. This wasn't at all clear in the product description and specifications. The light pole consists of three sections pieced together, so it's not particularly attractive. The lamps do not include a USB power supply, so you will have to provide those yourself. The LEDs themselves are very disappointing. The light output is very feeble and the "white" light setting has a faint yellowish tinge instead of being pure white. I was expecting something akin to the Philips Hue Signe and this product falls far short of that.

the lantern does not operate as it should. it turns on and off on its own and will change settings when I'm far away from the lantern . shipping was lethargic at best and customer dis-service folks want me to sit and take a video of the lap doing the crazy on/off. I'd avoid this company. See reply. Again I'd avoid them.

Never got my purchase. Ordered two LED lamps, however newer received my purchase. I will never use this website again. /Lars
