This is all a scam
This is all a scam. They charged me, a month later I never received my product. They said they were sending another out and never gave me a tracking number. Two weeks ago I asked again. She said it should be here within 5-10 days. After 10 days I said I still haven't recieved it and would like a refund. Never got a response to that email. I sent another one a few days later and still no response. I am calling my bank now to get a new card and dispute this charge. This company is horrible.

Hi Leah, We understand why you’re upset. Not receiving your order, being told a replacement was sent without tracking, and then not getting a response when you asked for a refund isn’t acceptable. This wasn’t handled to the standard you should expect from us, and we take responsibility for that. You shouldn’t have to chase updates or go through this much back-and-forth just to get a clear answer or resolution.
