Hi Fay, Receiving more than you ordered, being enrolled in a subscription you didn’t intend, and then still being charged and shipped after canceling is not acceptable. We’re really sorry for this. You should always have full control over your orders and subscriptions, and once you canceled, this should have been stopped properly.
