Hi Billy, A month of waiting, a tracking number that does not work, and responses that have not moved things forward at all. We are truly sorry. You have been more than patient and you deserve a real resolution, not another assurance that it is on its way. Once orders leave our facility, transit is in the hands of our carrier partners and delays on their end are outside our direct control. But a tracking number that does not update and a month of no answers is not something we can ask you to keep sitting with. You are owed so much better than this.
