Hi Joyce, Ordering something back in February and still having nothing to show for it, that is such a long time to wait and we are truly sorry. You paid for something you should have received months ago and we completely understand how frustrating and upsetting that is. Once orders leave our facility they move into the hands of our carrier partners, and unfortunately transit delays on their end are outside our direct control, but that does not mean you are on your own here.
